Abstract

Pressure regulator shut off valve (PRSOV) merupakan sebuah komponen yang berada pada sistem pneumatik di mesin sebuah pesawat terbang, yang memiliki fungsi untuk mengatur aliran bleed air agar tidak terjadinya reverse flow dan mengatur tekanan engine bleed air berada pada nominal 42 psi. Pada pesawat tipe B737-800 milik PT. Garuda Indonesia yang dilakukan perawatan di PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk pada tahun 2022 sampai 2023 ditemukan 12 kasus engine bleed low pressure, engine bleed low pressure merupakan suatu kondisi dimana salah satu atau kedua petunjuk pada indikator tekanan saluran ganda lebih rendah dari batas normal. Berdasarkan data report component removal B737-800 PRSOV P/N 3214552-6 kasus ini terjadi karena tidak adanya jadwal perawatan atau penggantian komponen secara terjadwal. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk sebab kerusakan yang terjadi dengan metode diagram fishbone, mengetahui nilai keandalan (reliability), ketidakandalan (unreliability), failure rate dan mean time to failure (MTTF) dengan metode distribusi Weibull. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan 2 metode analisis yaitu analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dimana analisis kualitatif mengidentifikasi kerusakan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dengan metode diagram fishbone dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan metode perhitungan distribusi Weibull untuk mengetahui saran jadwal perawatan atau penggantian komponen PRSOV P/N 3214552-6. Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa faktor penyebab kerusakan terjadi karena adanya worn yang menyebabkan komponen didalam PRSOV mengalami leak, didapatkan juga saran perawatan dan penggantian pada komponen PRSOV P/N 3214552-6 pada 7.585 flight hour dengan tingkat keandalan (reliability) 41,90%. ***** Pressure regulator shut off valve (PRSOV) is a component that is in the pneumatic system in the engine of an airplane, which has a function to regulate the flow of bleed water so that reverse flow does not occur and regulate engine bleed water pressure at a nominal 42 psi. On the B737-800 type aircraft owned by PT Garuda Indonesia which was carried out maintenance at PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk in 2022 to 2023 there were 12 cases of engine bleed low pressure, engine bleed low pressure is a condition where one or both instructions on the dual channel pressure indicator are lower than the normal limit. Based on the data report component removal B737-800 PRSOV P/N 3214552-6 this case occurs because there is no scheduled maintenance or component replacement schedule. The purpose of this research is to determine the cause of damage that occurs with the fishbone diagram method, determine the value of reliability, unreliability, failure rate and mean time to failure (MTTF) with the Weibull distribution method. This analysis is carried out with 2 methods of analysis, namely qualitative and quantitative analysis, where qualitative analysis identifies damage and factors that influence it with the fishbone diagram method and quantitative analysis using the Weibull distribution calculation method to determine the recommended maintenance schedule or replacement of PRSOV components P/N 3214552-6. The results of the analysis found that the factors causing damage occurred due to wear that caused the components in the PRSOV to leak, also obtained maintenance and replacement advice on PRSOV components P / N 3214552-6 at 7,585 flight hours with a reliability level of 41.90%.
