Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi penanaman nilai toleransi peserta didik untuk menghargai anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui program inklusi di SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta, serta mengetahui bagaimana konsep penanaman nilai toleransi yang ditanamkan oleh guru Pendidikan Pancasila di SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun jumlah partisipan adalah sembilan orang, yang terdiri atas enam informan peserta didik, satu informan guru Pendidikan Pancasila, satu key informan yakni wakil bidang kurikulum SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. Kemudian temuan yang didapatkan dikonfirmasi oleh expert opinion yaitu dosen Pendidikan Luar Biasa UNJ. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yakni dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai toleransi melalui program inklusi adalah dengan adanya program sekolah, seperti sosialisasi perundungan, kegiatan P5 dengan tema anti bullying, dan pelaporan secara online bagi korban perundungan. Kemudian, penanaman nilai toleransi juga didukung dengan adanya pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang dilakukan melalui aktivitas belajar melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan dan penerapan nilai-nilai karakter di kelas. Penanaman nilai toleransi memberikan gambaran pentingnya peran sekolah untuk mendukung pengembangan nilai toleransi agar terciptanya sekolah yang inklusif. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah penanaman nilai toleransi pada peserta didik terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus diwujudkan melalui tiga indikator toleransi seperti saling menghargai, menumbuhkan semangat persaudaraan, dan pembiasaan terhadap perbedaan. Kata Kunci: Toleransi, Peserta didik, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, Program Inklusi ***** The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of instilling the value of tolerance of students to appreciate children with special needs through the inclusion program at SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta, as well as to find out how the concept of instilling the value of tolerance instilled by Pancasila Education teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The number of participants was nine people, consisting of six student informants, one Pancasila Education teacher informant, one key informant, namely the deputy curriculum of SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. Then the findings obtained were confirmed by expert opinion, namely lecturers of UNJ Special Education. The data collection procedures carried out are by means of observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The findings of this study show that the cultivation of tolerance values through the inclusion program is through school programs, such as bullying socialization, P5 activities with anti-bullying themes, and online reporting for victims of bullying. Then, the cultivation of tolerance values is also supported by the existence of Pancasila Education learning which is carried out through learning activities through exemplary, habituation and application of character values in the classroom. The cultivation of tolerance values illustrates the importance of the school's role in supporting the development of tolerance values in order to create an inclusive school. The conclusion of this study is that the cultivation of tolerance values in pupils towards children with special needs is realized through three indicators of toleration such as mutual appreciation, fostering a spirit of brotherhood, and cultivation to differences.
