Abstract
Pariwisata di Indonesia perlahan bangkit setelah melewati pandemi COVID-19, banyak masyarakat yang memilih untuk liburan dengan destinasi wisata alam. Wisata alam yang berarti berlibur di alam terbuka untuk menghindari kerumunan serta mendapatkan angin segar setelah pemerintah mewajibkan untuk mengharuskan masyarakat tetap dirumah. Dalam wisata alam terdapat wisata minat khusus mendaki gunung yang penuh tantangan dan petualangan. Beberapa orang memilih untuk berpetualang mendaki gunung untuk mendapatkan angin segar pegunungan. Gunung yang sering ramai oleh pendaki ketika weekend dan berjarak cukup dekat dari Kota Jakarta yaitu Gunung Gede Pangrango. Pada akhir pekan atau hari libur Gunung Gede Pangrango selalu ramai oleh pengunjung yang ingin melakukan hiking ataupun trekking. Gunung Gede Pangrango sendiri dikelola oleh Taman Nasional dan dinamakan Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango. Terdapat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) safety management yang telah di berlakukan oleh TNGGP. Tujuan dari penelitian yang ditulis oleh peneliti ingin mendapatkan informasi tentang apa saja yang dilakukan pengelola dalam mengimplementasikan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terkait safety management tersebut. Selain itu peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) safety management yang diterapkan oleh Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (TNGGP). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap pengelola, masyarakat lokal/pemandu gunung, dan pendaki. Selain itu, peneliti melakukan observasi di Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango Jalur Pendakian Cibodas. Terdapat dokumentasi yang diambil oleh peneliti di jalur pendakian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tentang sosialisasi pengelola terhadap pendaki, implementasi pengelola terkait Standar Operasional Prosedur Safety Management di Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango Jalur Pendakian Cibodas, bagaimana pendaki mengimplementasikan Standar Operasional Prosedur Safety Management di Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango Jalur Pendakian Cibodas. Selain itu, pembahasan tentang ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi di lapangan. Terdapat hal yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur Safety Management di Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango Jalur Pendakian Cibodas Kata kunci: pariwisata, wisata alam, wisata minat khusus, mendaki gunung, hiking, trekking, standar operasional prosedur, safety management¸ TNGGP ***** Tourism in Indonesia is slowly recovering after going through the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are choosing to vacation in natural tourist destinations. Nature tourism means vacationing in the open to avoid crowds and get a breath of fresh air after the government made it mandatory for people to stay at home. In natural tourism, there are special interest tourism, mountain climbing which is full of challenges and adventure. Some people choose to go on a mountain climbing adventure to get the fresh mountain breeze. The mountain that is often crowded with climbers on weekends and is quite close to the city of Jakarta is Mount Gede Pangrango. On weekends or holidays, Mount Gede Pangrango is always busy with visitors who want to go hiking or trekking. Mount Gede Pangrango itself is managed by the National Park and is called Mount Gede Pangrango National Park. There are Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for safety management that have been implemented by TNGGP. The aim of the research written by the researcher was to obtain information about what managers do in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to safety management. Apart from that, researchers want to know how the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for safety management implemented by the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park (TNGGP) are implemented. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, researchers conducted interviews with managers, local communities/mountain guides, and climbers. Apart from that, researchers made observations in the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park, Cibodas Climbing Route. There is documentation taken by researchers on the climbing route. The results of this research are about management outreach to climbers, management implementation regarding Standard Operational Procedures for Safety Management in the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park, Cibodas Climbing Route, how climbers implement Standard Operational Procedures for Safety Management in the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park, Cibodas Climbing Route. Apart from that, there is a discussion about the discrepancies that occur in the field. There are things that become obstacles in implementing Standard Operational Procedures for Safety Management in the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park, Cibodas Climbing Route.
