Abstract
Menurut data Jadesta (Jaringan Desa Wisata) Kemenparekraf tahun 2024 terdapat 5.487 desa wisata yang tersebar di semua provinsi di Indonesia dengan berbagai klasifikasi, mulai dari desa wisata rintisan hingga desa wisata mandiri. Penelitian dilakukan di Dusun Anggrunggondok Desa Reco yang menjadi salah satu desa wisata rintisan tahun 2022 dengan menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi potensi wisata menggunakan komponen 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary) dan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif mencakup observasi dan wawancara. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa desa ini memiliki banyak potensi wisata diantaranya potensi wisata alam buatan dan budaya (Attraction), memiliki aksesbilitas yang baik (Accessibility), memiliki fasilitas umum yang baik namun perlu ditingkatkan kembali (Amenity), serta terdapat dukungan dari lembaga dan komunitas (Ancillary). Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi potensi yang ada dengan kekuatan utama pada potensi alam Gunung Sindoro, kelemahan pada fasilitas, peluang dalam pengembangan potensi wisata, serta ancaman dari desa wisata yang sudah ada. Kesimpulannya, optimalisasi komponen 4A dan pengelolaan berdasarkan analisis SWOT dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan keberlanjutan Dusun Anggrunggondok Taman sebagai desa wisata. According to data from Jadesta (Village Tourism Network) of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in 2024, there are 5,487 tourism villages spread across all provinces in Indonesia with various classifications, ranging from developing tourism villages to self-sustaining tourism villages. Research was conducted in Dusun Anggrunggondok, Reco Village, which became one of the developing tourism villages in 2022. The study analyzed and identified tourism potentials using the 4A components (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary) and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). This research employed a qualitative descriptive method involving observation and interviews. The results indicate that the village has significant tourism potential, including natural and cultural attractions (Attraction), good accessibility (Accessibility), decent public facilities that need improvement (Amenity), and support from institutions and the community (Ancillary). SWOT analysis identified existing potentials with strengths centered around the natural beauty of Mount Sindoro, weaknesses in facilities, opportunities for tourism potential development, and threats from existing tourism villages. In conclusion, optimizing the 4A components and managing based on SWOT analysis can enhance the attractiveness and sustainability of Dusun Anggrunggondok Reco as a tourism village.Keywords: Dusun Anggrunggondok Reco Village, Tourism Potential, 4A Components, SWOT Analysis.
