Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan spiritualitas individu di sekolah. Salah satu komponen utama Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah pembelajaran Al Qur'an yang memerlukan kemampuan membaca sebagai dasarnya. Meskipun teknologi informasi berkembang pesat, masih banyak anak yang kesulitan membaca Al Qur'an dengan baik. Sehingga setiap sekolah diharapkan memiliki kegiatan yang mampu membantu siswa untuk belajar membaca Al Qur’an. Seperti halnya di SMKN 50 Jakarta, sekolah ini memiliki kegiatan tadarus pagi yang telah berjalan cukup lama dan konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Seberapa besar tadarus dapat meningkatkan kelancaran dan tartil dalam membaca Al Qur’an siswa di SMKN 50 Jakarta, 2) Seberapa besar tadarus dapat meningkatkan makhraj dalam membaca Al Qur’an siswa di SMKN 50 Jakarta, 3) Seberapa besar tadarus dapat meningkatkan ketepatan membaca Al Qur’an sesuai tajwid. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan dan pengaruh antara kegiatan tadarus dan peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an pada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca Al Qur'an siswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan tadarus pagi, dan dari keseluruhan hasil perhitungan regresi yang diperoleh koefisiensi determinasi berada pada angka 0,509 atau sebesar 50.9% tadarus berpengaruh meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Qur’an pada siswa. Kemudian pada kelancaran dan tartil dalam membaca Al Qur’an tadarus memberikan peningkatan sebesar 40.9%, pada pelafalan huruf-huruf sesuai makhraj memberikan peningkatan sebesar 45%, dan pada ketepatan membaca Al Qur’an sesuai tajwid memberikan peningkatan sebesar 50.7%. Maka kegiatan tadarus di SMKN 50 Jakarta efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Qur'an siswa meskipun dalam kategori sedang. Program ini dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam mengembangkan kegiatan serupa untuk mendukung pembelajaran Al Qur'an. One of the main components of Islamic Religious Education is the learning of the Qur'an which requires the ability to read as a basis. Even though information technology is developing rapidly, there are still many children who have difficulty reading the Qur'an properly. So that every school is expected to have activities that are able to help students learn to read the Qur'an. As is the case at SMKN 50 Jakarta, this school has morning tadarus activities that have been running for quite a long time and consistently. This study aims to find out: 1) How much tadarus can increase the fluency and tartil in reading the Qur'an of students at SMKN 50 Jakarta, 2) How much tadarus can increase the makhraj in reading the Qur'an of students at SMKN 50 Jakarta, 3) How much tadarus can increase the accuracy of reading the Qur'an according to tajwid. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation and then analyzed using a simple linear regression formula to identify the relationship and influence between tadarus activities and the improvement of Qur'anic reading ability in students. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' ability to read the Qur'an after participating in the morning tadarus activity, and from the overall regression calculation results, the coefficient of determination was at 0.509 or 50.9% of tadarus had an effect on improving the ability to read the Qur'an in students. Then in the fluency and tartil in reading the Qur'an tadarus gives an increase of 40.9%, in the pronunciation of the letters according to the makhraj gives an increase of 45%, and in the accuracy of reading the Qur'an according to tajweed gives an increase of 50.7%. Therefore, tadarus activities at SMKN 50 Jakarta are effective in improving students' ability to read the Qur'an even though it is in the medium category.
