Abstract

Adinda Anisa Ramadhani, Strategi Pembelajaran IPS dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan IPS, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran IPS dalam Kurikulum Merdeka beserta kendala dalam kegiatan pembelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Guru IPS yang hanya mengajar Kurikulum Merdeka dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Strategi yang digunakan guru IPS di SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta dalam kurikulum Merdeka dalam pengorganisasian pembelajaran: integrasi rencana pembelajaran, tujuan dan gaya belajar ke dalam kelas, penyampaian isi materi: menggunakan metode bervariasi, teknologi dan media pembelajaran seperti video pembelajaran, Quizziz, WordWall, dan Google Lens, yang disukai oleh peserta didik dan pengelolaan interaksi pembelajaran: pendekatan proaktif seperti diskusi kelompok. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi guru: pengorganisasian pembelajaran: Guru IPS di SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta menghadapi kendala dalam membentuk kelompok diskusi, keterbatasan sumber daya dan internet, waktu yang terbatas, serta beragamnya karakteristik peserta didik., penyampaian isi pembelajaran: Guru kesulitan menyampaikan materi karena keterbatasan fasilitas, perbedaan gaya belajar dan karakter peserta didik, serta istilah-istilah baru dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. dan pengelolaan interaksi pembelajaran: Guru IPS harus menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, menyesuaikan bahan ajar dengan berbagai gaya belajar, dan mengelola waktu secara efektif. This study aims to determine social studies learning strategies in the Merdeka Curriculum and the constraints in social studies learning activities at SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The subjects in this study were the head of SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Social Studies teachers who only teach the Merdeka Curriculum and students. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The strategies used by social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta in the Merdeka curriculum in organizing learning: integration of lesson plans, goals and learning styles into the classroom, delivery of material content: using varied methods, technology and learning media such as learning videos, Quizziz, WordWall, and Google Lens, which are preferred by students and managing learning interactions: proactive approaches such as group discussions. (2) Constraints faced by teachers: organization of learning: Social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 28 Jakarta face obstacles in forming discussion groups, limited resources and the internet, limited time, and diverse characteristics of students, delivery of learning content: Teachers have difficulty delivering material due to limited facilities, differences in learning styles and characters of students, and new terms in the Merdeka Curriculum. and management of learning interactions: Social studies teachers must implement differentiated learning, adapt teaching materials to various learning styles, and manage time effectively.
