Abstract

Model pemanasan berbasis permainan bukan merupakan hal yang baru saat ini. Tetapi dalam proses pemanasan, Model Pemanasan Berbasis Permainan Bola Kecil belum banyak yang membuat variasinya. Bahkan, masih banyak yang menggunakan media atau alat yang yang kurang tepat untuk anak sekolah dasar. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat model pemanasan berbasis permainan bola kecil pada siswa sekolah dasar yang menggunakan media, model, dan sarana yang tepat untuk anak sekolah dasar. Tidak lupa juga untuk memperhatikan keamanan anak dengan menggunakan media yang aman untuk anak sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model ADDIE. Dimana terdapat 5 tahapan dalam model ini diantaranya analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Model ADDIE mampu menghasilkan suatu produk dengan validasi tinggi, karena melalui tahap validasi oleh para ahli. Model Pemanasan Berbasis Permainan Bola Kecil Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar yang dibuat dalam penelitian ini terdapat 13 model permainan yang layak dan telah divalidasi ahli. Produk Model Pemanasan Berbasis Permainan Bola Kecil Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar ini bertujuan untuk digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam proses pemanasan agar saat berolahraga anak dapat melakukan gerakan lebih maksimal. **** Game-based warm-up model is nothing new today. However, in the warm-up process, there are not many variations of the Small Ball Game-Based Warm-up Model. In fact, there are still many who use media or tools that are not appropriate for elementary school children. Therefore, the aim of this research is to create a warm-up model based on small ball games for elementary school students using appropriate media, models and facilities for elementary school children. Don't forget to pay attention to children's safety by using media that is safe for elementary school children. The research method used in this research is the ADDIE model. Where there are 5 stages in this model including analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The ADDIE model is able to produce a product with high validation, because it goes through a validation stage by experts. The warmup model based on small ball games for elementary school students created in this research contains 13 game models that are feasible and have been validated by experts. This warm-up model product based on small ball games for elementary school students aims to be used as a guide in the warm-up process so that when exercising children can make maximum movements.
