Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model latihan ketepatan cabang olahraga boccia pada cerebral palsy . Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet boccia BC 1, 2, dan 4 di provinsi Jakarta. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan model Borg and Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa hasil validasi ahli dan uji efektifitas melalui eksperimen dengan analisis data statistik paired t-test. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan model latihan ketepatan cabang olahraga boccia pada cerebral palsy menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut layak untuk digunakan atlet boccia BC 1, 2 dan 4. Berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa model latihan ketepatan cabang olahraga boccia pada cerebral palsy efektif untuk atlet boccia BC 1, 2, dan 4. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil Uji-T dan N-Gain Score terhadap kemampuan ketepatan lemparan yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan. Jadi, model latihan ketepatan cabang olahraga boccia pada cerebral palsy efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil ketepatan dalam lemparan atlet. Kata kunci: Boccia, Cerebral Palsy, Ketepatan, BOCCIA SPORTS ACCURACY TRAINING MODEL IN CEREBRAL PALSY ABSTRAC The purpose of this research is to develop a precision training model for the sport of boccia in cerebral palsy. The targets in this research were BC 1, 2 and 4 boccia athletes in Jakarta province. The research method used is the research and development of the Borg and Gall model. The data collection technique used is the results of expert validation and effectiveness testing through experiments with paired t-test statistical data analysis. The results of research and development of the accuracy training model for the boccia sport for cerebral palsy show that the model is suitable for use by boccia BC 1, 2 and 4 athletes. Based on the results of the effectiveness test, it shows that the accuracy training model for the boccia sport for cerebral palsy is effective for boccia BC 1 athletes , 2, and 4. This is shown by the results of the T-Test and N-Gain Score on throwing accuracy abilities which show a significant increase. So, the precision training model for the sport of boccia for cerebral palsy is effective for improving athletes' throwing accuracy results. Keywords: Boccia, Cerebral Palsy, Accuracy,
