Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Efikasi Diri, Regulasi Diri dan Grit Terhadap Stres Akademik Pada Siswa Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) di SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sejumlah 176 siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB). Teknik dalam penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling menggunakan tabel Issac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 122 siswa. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan dan pengaruh atau analisis jalur (path analysis). Untuk menguji hipotesis, teknik analisis kecocokan model yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS Versi 4.0. Hasil perhitungan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif secara langsung terhadap grit, regulasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif secara langsung terhadap grit, efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif secara langsung terhadap stress akademik, regulasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif secara langsung terhadap stress akademik, grit berpengaruh signifikan dan negative secara langsung terhadap stress akademik, efikasi diri berpengaruh secara tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap stress akademik melalui grit, regulasi diri berpengaruh secara tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap stress akademik melalui grit. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, self-regulation and grit on academic stress in office management and business services (MPLB) students at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 176 students in classes X, XI and XII, Department of Office Management and Business Services (MPLB). The technique for determining the sample in this study used a stratified random sampling technique using the Issac and Michael table with an error rate of 5% so that the sample in this study was 122 students. The model used in this research is relationship and influence or path analysis. To test the hypothesis, the model fit analysis technique used was tructural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The calculation results of this research explain that self-efficacy has a significant and direct positive effect on grit, self-regulation has a significant and direct positive effect on grit, self-efficacy has a significant and direct negative effect on academic stress, self-regulation has a significant and direct negative effect on academic stress, grit has a significant and negative effect directly on academic stress, self-efficacy has an indirect and significant effect on academic stress through grit, self-regulation has an indirect and significant effect on academic stress through grit.
