Dimas Ahmad, 2024. Studi Efektivitas Kelas Industri Dalam Rangka Pengembangan Model Kemitraan SMK dengan DUDIKA Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di SMK adalah adanya kesenjangan antara kompetensi lulusan SMK dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan DUDIKA. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh tidak berjalannya kemitraan antara SMK dengan DUDIKA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model kemitraan SMK dengan DUDIKA berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, menguji kelayakan model kemitraan SMK dengan DUDIKA berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, menguji keefektifan kelas industri dalam rangka pengembangan model kemitraan SMK dengan DUDIKA yang berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development dengan model Borg and Gall. Hasil penelitian yang didapat ialah 1) Pengembangan model kemitraan SMK dan DUDIKA berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar menghasilkan model kemitraan SMK dan DUDIKA yang terintegrasi atau terpadu. Model kemitraan SMK dan DUDIKA yang dikembangkan terdiri dari : (a) input, meliputi MOU, sinkronisasi kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, dan sarana prasarana (b) proses, difokuskan kepada guru dan peserta didik (c) output, kompetensi peserta didik sesuai kebutuhan DUDIKA, dan (d) outcome, terserapnya lulusan SMK oleh DUDIKA. 2) Uji kelayakan model kemitraan SMK dengan DUDIKA berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka dilakukan pada pihak SMK dan DUDIKA. Hasil uji kelayakan mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,87 (87%) yang artinya model kemitraan SMK dengan DUDIKA sangat layak untuk diterapkan. 3) Pengujian efektivitas kelas industri dalam rangka pengembangan model kemitraan SMK dengan DUDIKA berbasis kurikulum merdeka menggunakan model eksperimen “one group pre test – post test design”. Uji efektivitas menggunakan uji statistika Wilcoxon. Hasil uji wilcoxon menyatakan ada perbedaan rata-rata nilai antara pre test dengan post test. Nilai rata-rata post test sebesar 79,6 lebih tinggi dibanding nilai rata-rata pre test sebesar 55,8. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kelas industri yang terdapat pada model kemitraan SMK dengan DUDIKA berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka efektif dalam meningkatkan nilai siswa. Study on the Effectiveness of Industry Classes in Developing the Partnership Model between Vocational Schools (SMK) and Business and Industrial Partners (DUDIKA) Based on the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar One of the issues faced by vocational schools (SMK) is the gap between the competencies of graduates and the competencies required by business and industrial partners (DUDIKA). This can be attributed to the lack of partnerships between SMK and DUDIKA. This study aims to develop a partnership model between SMK and DUDIKA based on the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, assess the feasibility of the partnership model, and evaluate the effectiveness of industry classes in the context of developing the partnership model. The research method employed is the Research and Development method using the Borg and Gall model. The findings of the study are as follows: 1) The development of the partnership model between SMK and DUDIKA based on the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar resulted in an integrated partnership model. The developed model consists of: (a) input, including MOU, curriculum synchronization, human resources, and infrastructure; (b) process, focusing on teachers and students; (c) output, student competencies aligned with DUDIKA needs; and (d) outcome, absorption of SMK graduates by DUDIKA. 2) The feasibility test of the partnership model was conducted with SMK and DUDIKA stakeholders, resulting in a feasibility score of 0.87 (87%), indicating that the partnership model is highly feasible for implementation. 3) The effectiveness of industry classes in developing the partnership model was tested using the "one group pre-test - post-test design" experimental model. The effectiveness was assessed using the Wilcoxon statistical test, which indicated a significant difference in the average scores between the pre-test and post-test. The average post-test score of 79.6 was higher than the average pre-test score of 55.8, demonstrating that industry classes within the partnership model based on the Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar effectively enhance student performance.
