Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi, menjelaskan dan menggambarkan mengenai Implementasi Taman Bacaan Masyarakar dalam melaksanakan program keterampilan 4C (Critical Thinking, Complexity Problem Solving, Creativity and Communication) di Taman Bacaan Inovator Sikarel pada masa pandemi Covid – 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini diantaranya pendiri dan ketua dari TBI Sikarel, wali baca TBI Sikarel, dan masyarakat sekitar TBI Sikarel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa bagaimana strategi yang dijalankan TBI Sikarel dalam mengelola kegiatan – kegiatan di TBI Sikarel terutama program 4C pada masa pandemi yang dikemas dengan baik dan edukatif. TBI Sikarel memiliki peran yang sangat membantu masyarakat sekitar, terutama anak – anak sebagai warga belajar di TBI Sikarel. Adanya kerjasama dengan organisasi atau lembaga lainnya membantu TBI Sikarel dalam melaksanakan program 4C tersebut. *** This research aims to find out information, explain and describe the implementation of the Community Reading Park in implementing the 4C skills program (Critical Thinking, Complexity Problem Solving, Creativity and Communication) at the Sikarel Innovator Reading Park during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative method with an approach descriptive. Data from this research were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research included the founder and chairman of TBI Sikarel, reading guardians of TBI Sikarel, and the community around TBI Sikarel. The results of this research explain the strategy implemented by TBI Sikarel in managing activities at TBI Sikarel, especially the 4C program during the pandemic, which was packaged well and educationally. TBI Sikarel has a very helpful role in the surrounding community, especially children as students studying at TBI Sikarel. Collaboration with other organizations or institutions helps TBI Sikarel in implementing the 4C program. Keywords: TBM strategy, 4C skills, Community Reading Park.
