Abstract

AGPAII adalah lembaga yang menyalurkan aspirasi guru dan wadah berkumpulnya para guru PAI mulai dari TK/SD/SMP/SMA/SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran AGPAII dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan (field research). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran AGPAII dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI dapat dilihat pada intensnya kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, seperti kegiatan dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, meningkatkan kreativitas dan skill serta kegiatan yang meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan guru pendidikan agama Islam. (1) Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dilakukan dengan cara, diskusi mengenai masalah-masalah yang terkait dengan pendidikan dan keislaman, pembahasan berbagai kesulitan dalam pembelajaran, mengadakan workshop ataupun pelatihan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru, seperti kurikulum merdeka, silabus, RPP dan Modul ajar. (2) Peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian dilakukan dengan seminar pengembangan kepribadian, penceramah pada saat kegiatan hari besar Islam seperti Maulid Nabi, selain itu juga mengisi khutbah Jum’at dan menjadi imam sekaligus Khatib pada saat hari raya keagamaan seperti Idul Adha, dan kajian bulanan. (3) Peningkatan kompetensi sosial dilakukan dengan kunjungan bersama pada guru-guru yang sedang berduka ataupun berkunjung ketika salah satu guru mengadakan acara, pertemuan-pertemuan rutin, kegiatan bakti sosial seperti berbagi takjil pada bulan Ramadhan, kegiatan PHBI, memberikan bantuan untuk bencana alam di salah satu daerah, mengunjungi jika ada yang sakit, kerja sama dengan beberapa lembaga dan instansi. (4) Peningkatan kompetensi profesional dilakukan dengan pelatihan KTA Digital, pelatihan jurnalistik, bedah buku, menulis berita dan artikel atau karya tulis ilmiah, tunjangan sertifikasi, meningkatkan kualifikasi akademik dengan melanjutkan ke perguruan yang lebih tinggi. Hasil peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik yaitu guru dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi beberapa poin pokok yakni hasil yang signifikan dari pelatihan-pelatihan pengembangan keterampilan keprofesian yang dengan itu dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta pendayagunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran sejak hadirnya AGPAII sampai saat ini telah mengalami banyak peningkatan. Hasil peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru yaitu agar lebih memahami dan memiliki kepribadian sesuai tuntunan agama. Hasil peningkatan kompetensi sosial yaitu menguatkan rasa empati dan solidaritas guru, tercipta komunikasi yang baik. Hasil peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru yaitu pendalaman materi pembelajaran, terampil dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Organisasi Profesi Guru, AGPAII, Kompetensi Guru PAI ***** AGPAII is an organization that serves as a channel for teachers' aspirations and a gathering place for PAI teachers from kindergarten to high school. This study aims to determine the role of AGPAII in improving the competence of PAI teachers in DKI Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative field research method. Data were collected through observation,interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of AGPAII in improving the competence of PAI teachers can be seen from the intensity of the activities carried out, such as activities to improve the effectiveness of learning, increase creativity and skills, and activities that increase the knowledge and insight of Islamic religious education teachers. (1) Improvement of pedagogical competence is carried out through discussions on problems related to education and Islam, discussions of various difficulties in learning, holding workshops or training to develop teacher competence, such as the Merdeka curriculum, syllabus and lesson plans, and teaching modules. (2) Improvement of personality competence is carried out through personality development seminars, speakers at Islamic holy day events such as the Prophet's Birthday, as well as filling Friday sermons and being imams and khatibs on religious holidays such as Eid al-Adha, and monthly studies. (3) Social Competence is carried out by visiting teachers who are mourning or visiting when one of the teachers has an event, routine meetings, social services such as sharing takjil in the month of Ramadan, PHBI activities, providing assistance for natural disasters in one of the areas, visiting if someone is sick, working together with several institutions and agencies. (4) Improvement of Professional Competence is carried out with Digital KTA training, Journalism Training, book dissection, writing news and articles or scientific papers, as well as improving teacher professionalism with certification allowances, and improving academic qualifications by continuing to higher education.The results of improving pedagogical competence are that teachers can be classified into several main points, namely the significant results of professional skill development training which can improve the quality of education and the use of technology in the learning process since the presence of AGPAII to date has experienced many improvements. The results of improving teacher personality competence are to better understand and have a personality in accordance with religious teachings. The results of improving social competence are to strengthen the empathy and solidarity of teachers, and to create good communication. The results of improving the professional competence of teachers are to deepen the learning material, to be skilled in using learning media.
