Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) mata pelajaran sosiologi pada siswa/i MAN 4 Jakarta selama masa pandemi COVID-19 dan menjelaskan peran sumber daya dan fasilitas pembelajaran dalam peningkatan efektivitas kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) mata pelajaran sosiologi pada siswa/i MAN 4 Jakarta selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 4 Agustus 2023 hingga 6 Maret 2024 menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian berjumlah 14 orang. Triangulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Bapak WP selaku kepala MAN 4 Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teori evaluasi program pembangunan CIPP, pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ), mata pelajaran sosiologi, pandemi COVID-19, dan teori AGIL struktural fungsional yang mana kelima konsep ini menjadi dasar untuk mengetahui kemajuan, perkembangan, pencapaian proses belajar siswa, dan keefektifan pengajaran guru serta menentukan sejauh mana kesesuaian antara prestasi siswa dengan tujuan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) mata pelajaran sosiologi di MAN 4 Jakarta selama pandemi COVID-19 pada tahun 2021-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan analisis CIPP menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) Mata Pelajaran Sosiologi di MAN 4 Jakarta telah diadaptasi dengan berbagai tantangan, termasuk penggunaan teknologi dan perubahan kebijakan akibat pandemi COVID-19. Siswa dan guru telah berusaha menyesuaikan diri dengan menggunakan platform seperti Google Drive dan Google Classroom untuk pengumpulan tugas dan pembelajaran. Namun, masih terdapat kelemahan dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap materi sosiologi dan interaksi guru-siswa. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kualitas PJJ di masa depan termasuk pelaksanaan PJJ yang diarahkan untuk bimbel persiapan masuk perguruan tinggi negeri dan pendalaman materi, serta penciptaan metode pembelajaran dua arah berbasis diskusi. Analisis teori AGIL menunjukkan bahwa MAN 4 Jakarta berhasil menciptakan pembelajaran efektif selama pandemi COVID-19 dengan fokus pada adaptasi cepat, pencapaian tujuan yang jelas, integrasi kolaboratif, dan kesiapan sumber daya yang memadai. Pendekatan AGIL membantu sekolah dalam mengelola perubahan mendadak dan kompleks dalam sistem pendidikan mereka dengan responsif dan efektif. ***** This study aims to describe the distance learning process (PJJ) of sociology subjects for MAN 4 Jakarta students during the COVID-19 pandemic and explain the role of learning resources and facilities in increasing the effectiveness of distance learning policies (PJJ) of sociology subjects for MAN 4 Jakarta students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted from August 4, 2023 to March 6, 2024 using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The research informants totaled 14 people. Triangulation in this research is Mr. WP as the head of MAN 4 Jakarta. In this study, the authors use the theory of CIPP development program evaluation, distance learning (PJJ), sociology subjects, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the functional structural AGIL theory where these five concepts become the basis for knowing the progress, development, achievement of the student learning process, and the effectiveness of teacher teaching as well as determining the extent of conformity between student achievement and distance learning objectives (PJJ) for sociology subjects at MAN 4 Jakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021-2022. The results of this study conclude that the CIPP analysis shows that Distance Learning (PJJ) for Sociology Subjects at MAN 4 Jakarta has adapted to various challenges, including the use of technology and policy changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students and teachers have tried to adapt by using platforms such as Google Drive and Google Classroom for assignment collection and learning. However, there are still weaknesses in students' understanding of sociology materials and teacher-student interaction. Recommendations for improving the quality of PJJ in the future include the implementation of PJJ which is directed to tutoring for public university entrance preparation and material deepening, as well as the creation of discussion-based two-way learning methods. The analysis of AGIL theory shows that MAN 4 Jakarta managed to create effective learning during the COVID-19 pandemic by focusing on rapid adaptation, clear goal achievement, collaborative integration, and adequate resource readiness. The AGIL approach helps schools manage sudden and complex changes in their education system responsively and effectively.
