Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa video tutorial pembuatan kreasi menghias donat pada Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Seni Kuliner dan Pengelolaan Jasa Makanan, Mata kuliah Dasar-Dasar Seni Dekorasi Hidangan, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dengan teknik analisis data dalam bentuk persentase deskripstif. Penelitian ini dilakukan validasi oleh 3 orang dosen ahli di bidang materi, media dan bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video tutorial sebagai media pembelajaran dinilai sangat layak berdasarkan validasi dari ahli bahasa yang menghasilkan persentase 82% (Sangat layak), ahli media menghasilkan persentase 88% (Sangat layak), dan ahli materi menghasilkan persentase 90,7% (Sangat layak). Uji coba pada mahasiswa juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik, dengan uji one-to-one memperoleh persentase 97% (Sangat layak), uji small group memperoleh persentase 92% (Sangat layak), uji field group memperoleh persentase 93% (Sangat layak), dan pada uji respon mahasiswa memperoleh persentase 96 % (Sangat kuat). Pada hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran video tutorial dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. ***** This research aims to develop learning media in the form of video tutorials on making donut decorating creations in the Applied Undergraduate Study Program in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management, Fundamentals of Culinary Arts Course, State University of Jakarta. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method of the ADDIE development model with the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation with data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive percentages. This research was validated by 3 expert lecturers in the fields of materials, media and language. The results of the study show that video tutorials as a learning medium are considered very feasible based on validation from linguists who produce a percentage of 82% (Very feasible), media experts produce a percentage of 88% (Very feasible), and material experts produce a percentage of 90.7% (Very feasible). The trial on students also showed very good results, with the one-to-one test obtaining a percentage of 97% (Very feasible), the small group test obtaining a percentage of 92% (Very feasible), the field group test obtaining a percentage of 93% (Very feasible), and in the student response test obtaining a percentage of 96% (Very strong). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that video tutorial learning media is declared suitable for use in the learning process.
