Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku panduan keterampilan napkin folding untuk pendidikan dan pelatihan pekerja migran Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dibatasi hanya sampai tahap pengembangan. Hasil uji kelayakan oleh validator ahli materi mendapat persentase sebesar 91%, hasil uji kelayakan oleh validator ahli bahasa memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 88%, hasil uji kelayakan oleh validator ahli media memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 94%, hasil uji kelayakan oleh responden uji coba lapangan yang berjumlah 15 orang menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan aspek memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 87%. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku panduan keterampilan napkin folding untuk pendidikan dan pelatihan pekerja migran Indonesia layak digunakan dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan pekerja migran Indonesia. ABSTRACT This research aims to develop a napkin folding skills guidebook for the education and training of Indonesian migrant workers. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which is limited to the development stage. The results of the feasibility test by the material expert validator obtained a percentage of 91%, the results of the feasibility test by the linguist validator obtained a feasibility percentage of 88%, the results of the feasibility test by the media expert validator obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%, and the results of the feasibility test by 15 field trial respondents showed that the overall aspect obtained a feasibility percentage of 87%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the napkin folding skills guidebook for the education and training of Indonesian migrant workers is suitable for use in the education and training of Indonesian migrant workers.
