Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen talenta, kompetensi profesional dan kepemimpinan tranformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi employee engagement pada pegawai BPK RI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah explanatory survey yang berjenis penelitian kausalitas yang bertujuan mendapatkan penjelasan hubungan sebab akibat antara beberapa konsep atau variabel. Objek penelitian ini adalah aspek manajemen talenta, kompetensi profesional, kepemimpinan transformasional, employee engagement dan kinerja pegawai. Subjek penelitian adalah 360 pegawai BPK RI. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS karena bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan prediktif antar konstruk dengan melihat apakah ada hubungan atau pengaruh antar konstruk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement, manajemen talenta berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Talenta, Kompetensi Profesional, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Employee Engagement, Kinerja Pegawai   ABSTRACT This research is intended to analyze the influence of talent management, professional competence and transformational leadership on employee performance mediated by employee engagement in BPK RI employees. The research method used is an explanatory survey which is a type of causality research which aims to obtain an explanation of the causal relationship between several concepts or variables. The objects of this research are aspects of talent management, professional competence, transformational leadership, employee engagement and employee performance. The research subjects were 360 BPK RI employees. This research uses SEM PLS because it aims to test the predictive relationship between constructs by seeing whether there is a relationship or influence between constructs. The research results show that talent management has a positive effect on employee performance, professional competence has a positive effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, talent management has a positive effect on employee engagement, professional competence has a positive effect on employee engagement, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employees engagement, talent management influences employee performance through employee engagement, professional competence influences employee performance through employee engagement and transformational leadership influences employee performance through employee engagement Keywords: Talent Management, Professional Competency, Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance
