Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru SMPN di Kecamatan Cimanggis Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru SMPN di Kecamatan Cimanggis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey kepada guru. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, efikasi diri, dan kinerja guru menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 70 guru SMPN di Kecamatan Cimanggis Depok. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis linier berganda, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,901 dan (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai thitung sebesar 7,223. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan efikasi diri secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN di Kecamatan Cimanggis Depok. Penelitian ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan efikasi diri, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru.***** This research discusses the influence of school principal leadership and self-efficacy on the performance of junior high school teachers in Cimanggis District, Depok. This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of school principal leadership and self-efficacy on the performance of junior high school teachers in Cimanggis District. This research uses a quantitative approach with a teacher survey method. Data were collected for principal leadership variables, self-efficacy and teacher performance using questionnaires distributed to 70 junior high school teachers in Cimanggis District. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear analysis, with prerequisite tests carried out first which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research show that: (1) there is a positive direct influence of principal leadership on teacher performance with a calculated t value of 3.901 and (2) there is a positive direct influence of self-efficacy on teacher performance with a calculated t value of 7.223. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the principal's leadership and self-efficacy simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of junior high school teachers in Cimanggis District. This research shows that the higher the principal's leadership and self-efficacy, the higher the teacher's performance.
