Abstract

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of training methods ‘target games’ girshoot and zig-zag goal in improving the shooting skills of futsal players, taking into account the level of coordination of students (high and low). The research was conducted at SMK Dinamika Pembangunan I Jakarta. This research method is a 2x2 factorial experiment. The study population totalled 107 students. The results concluded that: 1) There is a significant difference between the training methods ‘target games’ girshoot, and zig-zag goal on shooting skills of futsal games in extracurricular students. 2) There are differences in shooting skills of futsal games between students who have high and low coordination. 3) There is an interaction effect between the training method factors ‘target games’ girshoot, and zig-zag goal with coordination on shooting skills of futsal games in extracurricular students. 4) There is an effect of training ‘target games’ girshoot and zig-zag goal between students who have high and low coordination on shooting skills. 5) There is an effect of girshoot ‘target games’ training between students who have low and high coordination on shooting skills of futsal games. 6) There is no effect of ‘target games’ zig-zag goal training between students who have low and high coordination on shooting skills of futsal games.
