Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk buku panduan digital pada materi 7 Tahapan OkOce Prima. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pegembangan Hannafin dan Peck yang terdiri dari penilaian kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan dan implementasi. Tahap ini menjalankan evaluasi pada setiap tahapannya. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini berupa produk buku panduan digital dengan format PDF yang dapat diakses melalui perangkat smartphone, tablet dan laptop yang terkoneksi dengan internet. Produk ini telah melalui evaluasi yang melibatkan dua ahli, yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi serta uji coba pengguna yaitu one to one dan small group dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan skala likert. Untuk menguji coba materi digunakan field test dengan sistem evaluasi hasil belajar dengan metode pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dari tahap reviw ahli, produk mendapatkan respon positif dengan sedikit perbaikan pada cover dan tata letak tautan teks. Selanjutnya, uji coba one-to-one memperoleh respon positif dengan menghasilkan skor 3.7 yang dikategorikan sangat baik dan uji coba small group yang menghasilkan skor 3.65 yang dikategorikan sagat baik . Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan dari ahli dan pengguna, dapat dinyatakan bahwa buku panduan digital 7 Tahapan OkOce Prima ini memiliki kualitas sangat baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai panduan yang memfasilitasi anggota dampingan OK OCE SKIES Indonesia untuk menaikkan kelas bisnisnya. ***** This developmental research aims to produce a digital guidebook on the 7 Stages of OkOce Prima. The study utilizes the Hannafin and Peck development model, which includes needs assessment, design, development, and implementation phases, with evaluations conducted at each stage. The outcome of this research is a digital guidebook in PDF format, accessible via smartphones, tablets, and laptops connected to the internet. The product has undergone evaluations involving two experts, a media expert and a content expert, as well as user trials including one-to-one and small group testing using interviews and Likert scale methods. To test the material, a field test was conducted using a multiple-choice evaluation system. Based on expert review interviews, the product received positive feedback with minor improvements suggested for the cover and text link layout. Furthermore, the one-to-one trial received a positive response with a score of 3.7, categorized as very good, and the small group trial received a score of 3.65, also categorized as very good. Based on the overall results from experts and users, it can be concluded that the digital guidebook on the 7 Stages of OkOce Prima is of very high quality and can be used as a guide to facilitate OK OCE SKIES Indonesia members in advancing their business classes.
