Abstract

Paes Yogya Putri merupakan sebuah tradisi tata rias yang khas dari istana Yogyakarta. Paes sendiri mengacu pada teknik melukis wajah dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan alami. Bentukan paes pada dahi pengantin diisi oleh pidih hitam, seiring perkembangan zaman kosmetik mulai berkembang dengan bahan buatan salah satunya eyeliner gel.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik lembar observasi penilaian juri dan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 orang juri ahli (professional dan dosen kecantikan). Kemudian data dianalisa dengan menghitung skor rata-rata tiap butir pertanyaan, lalu dideskriptifkan setiap butir butir pertanyaan berdasarkan pilihan dan menentukan skor, skor rata-rata terakhir membuat deskriptif data menggunakan uji t yang terdapat melalui software SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan terdapat hasil pengulasan paes Yogya Putri yang menggunakan pidih dan eyeliner gel. Dimana terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan antara hasil yang menggunakan pidih dan eyeliner gel. Nilai uji normalitas yang menggunakan Kolmogorov – Smirnov diketahui nilai signifikan 0,200 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai residual berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji hipotesis yang menggunakan pidih data didapatkan nilai uji t sebesar (19.621) dan uji hipotesis yang menggunakan eyeliner gel didapatkan nilai uji t sebesar (19.844) diketahui p value = 0,01 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa p value 0,01 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan kembali bahwa adanya perbandingan antara hasil pengulasan paes Yogya Putri antara yang menggunakan pidih dan eyeliner gel. ****** Paes Yogya Putri is a make-up tradition typical of the Yogyakarta palace. Paes himself refers to a face painting technique using natural materials. The shape of the paes on the bride's forehead was filled with black pidih, as the times progressed, cosmetics began to develop with artificial materials, one of which was gel eyeliner. The data collection technique used in this research was the jury's assessment observation sheet technique and measurements using a Likert scale. This research used 3 expert judges (professionals and beauty lecturers). Then the data was analyzed by calculating the average score for each question item, then describing each question item based on choices and determining the score. The final average score made the data descriptive using the t test available through SPSS 29 software. The results of the research using the t test showed There are review results of Yogya Putri's paes which uses pidih and gel eyeliner. Where there is a significant comparison between the results using pidih and gel eyeliner. The normality test value using Kolmogorov – Smirnov is known to have a significant value of 0.200 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. The results of hypothesis testing using pidih data obtained a t test value of (19,621) and hypothesis testing using gel eyeliner obtained a t test value of (19,844). It is known that p value = 0.01 with a significance level of 0.05. It can be concluded that p value 0.01 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded again that there is a comparison between the results of the Yogya Putri paes review between those who used pidih and gel eyeliner
