Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan proses penerapan pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi cyber security pada sekolah tingkat menengah melalui mitra industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini pertama, menjelaskan penerapan kompetensi cyber security di SMK Wikrama Bogor sebagai pemenuhan pasar kerja. Kedua, menjelaskan kolaborasi antara sekolah dan industri untuk menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Ketiga, Menjelaskan fokus pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi cyber security yang diterapkan pada kurikulum merdeka melalui perspektif sosiologi, khususnya dalam kajian sosiologi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggungakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian diperolah melalui wawancara dengan narasumber yang berasal dari SMK Wikrama Bogor dan Yayasan Infra Digital Nusantara. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 6 orang, yaitu 2 orang pihak sekolah, 2 orang pihak mitra industri sebagai informan kunci, serta 1 orang siswa, dan 1 alumni sebagai informan triangulasi data. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMK Wikrama Bogor dan Yayasan Infra Digital Nusantara, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam proses pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga kerja industri di bidang cyber security, sekolah menyesuaikan kurikulum dilakukan dengan adanya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah, mitra industri, dan pemerintah untuk mereproduksi sosial ekonomi. Lebih dalam lagi, keterlibatan kerjasama menghasilkan kurikulum dengan ideologi tertentu dengan cara menyesuaikan standar kompetensi yang dibutuhkan pasar kerja melalui proses knowledge selection. Campur tangan mitra industri lebih dominan dengan keterlibatan penyesuaian kurikulum, proses pembelajaran, dan juga standarisasi kompetensi. Sehingga dalam hal ini sekolah dan siswa merasa terbantu dalam hal penyesuaian keilmuan yang relevan sengan industri dan pengalaman yang mendalam di bidang cyber security karena telah dilegitimasi oleh pemerintah melalui kebijakan SMK PK cyber security. ***** This research aims to explain the process of implementing cybersecurity curricula in secondary schools by collaborating with industries. This research will explain several points. Firstly, this research will explain the implementation of cyber security competency in SMK Wikrama Bogor to fulfil industry needs. Secondly, explain the process of collaboration between school and industry to implement the curriculum. Last, this research will explain the implementation of cyber security competency-based learning from a sociological perspective, especially using the sociology of curriculum discourse. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research data was obtained through interviews with resource persons from SMK Wikrama Bogor and Infra Digital Nusantara Foundation. The research subjects totaled 6 people, namely 2 school officials, 2 industrial partners. Another 2 subjects are used for triangulation which 1 student, and 1 alumni. This research is located at SMK Wikrama Bogor and Infra Digital Nusantara Foundation, Tebet, South Jakarta. The results of this study show that in the process of fulfilling the needs of the industrial workforce in the field of cyber security, schools adjust the curriculum with the cooperation between schools, industry partners, and the government to reproduce the socio-economy. More deeply, the involvement of cooperation produces a curriculum with a certain ideology by adjusting the competency standards needed by the labour market through the knowledge selection process. The intervention of industry partners is more dominant with the involvement of curriculum adjustments, learning processes, and also competency standardization. So in this case, schools and students feel helped in terms of adjusting relevant knowledge with industry and in-depth experience in the field of cyber security because it has been legitimized by the government through the SMK PK cyber security policy.
