Abstract

Fuza Irmalaura, Implementasi Program Kajian Al-Qur’an Dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Spiritual Mahasantri Studi Kasus di Asrama Tahfidz Yayasan Munashoroh Indonesia (YMI) Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program kajian Al-Qur’an di Asrama Tahfidz Yayasan Munashoroh Indonesia, Ciputat, dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual mahasantri. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kecerdasan spiritual oleh Danah Zohar dan Ian Marshall. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah mahasantri di Asrama Tahfidz Yayasan Munashoroh Indonesia Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program kajian Al-Qur’an direncanakan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui rapat tahunan, pelaksanaan kajian yang terstruktur, dan evaluasi berkala. Program ini berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual mahasantri melalui empat aspek utama: Fleksibilitas dalam Bersikap, mahasantri menunjukkan sikap menghargai keberagaman pemikiran dan mampu beradaptasi dengan berbagai situasi serta pandangan yang berbeda. Kajian Al-Qur'an membantu mereka mengembangkan sikap terbuka dan tidak menghakimi; Kesadaran yang Tinggi, program kajian mendorong mahasantri untuk memahami diri sendiri, memperkuat hubungan sosial, dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan; Kehidupan yang Bermakna, kajian Al-Qur'an membantu mahasantri mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dengan menunjukkan kemampuan mahasantri dalam pengambilan keputusan dan kemampuan menghadapi tantangan dengan lebih tegar dan bijaksana; Tanggung jawab, program ini meningkatkan tanggung jawab mahasantri dalam menjalankan tugas, baik tugas akademik, organisasi dan tugas di asrama. Mahasantri menunjukkan kedisiplinan, menerima sanksi atas kelalaian, dan menunjukkan komitmen dalam tugas-tugas mereka. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Qur'an study program at the Tahfidz Dormitory of the Munashoroh Indonesia Foundation in Ciputat enhances the spiritual intelligence of the students. The research employs the theory of spiritual intelligence by Danah Zohar and Ian Marshall. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the research are the students at the Tahfidz Dormitory of the Munashoroh Indonesia Foundation in Ciputat, South Tangerang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Qur'an study program is well-planned and executed through annual meetings, structured study sessions, and periodic evaluations. The program significantly contributes to enhancing the spiritual intelligence of the students through four main aspects: Flexibility in Attitude, Students show appreciation for diverse thoughts and the ability to adapt to various situations and different viewpoints. The Qur'an study helps them develop an open and non-judgmental attitude; High Awareness, The program encourages students to understand themselves, strengthen social relationships, and increase environmental awareness; Meaningful Life, The Qur'an study helps students integrate positive values into their daily lives, demonstrating their ability to make decisions and face challenges with more resilience and wisdom; Responsibility, The program enhances students' responsibility in carrying out tasks, whether academic, organizational, or dormitory duties. Students show discipline, accept sanctions for negligence, and demonstrate commitment to their responsibilities. Keywords: Qur'an Study, Spiritual Quotient, Students
