Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran fasilitator dalam pembinaan anggota Koperasi Padetra Artomulyo sebagai program CSR PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Stasiun Pagardewa, serta untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pembinaan yang dilakukan fasilitator melalui tahap fasilitasi pemberdayaan terhadap anggota Koperasi Padetra Artomulyo. Informan pada penelitian ini mencakup 3 orang fasilitator, ketua Koperasi Padetra Artomulyo, dan 6 orang anggota Koperasi Padetra Artomulyo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dalam model pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fasilitator telah melakukan perannya dalam pembinaan anggota Koperasi Padetra Artomulyo sesuai dengan teori menurut Yatimah yang mencakup fasilitator sebagai pemandu proses (process guide) dengan memposisikan diri sebagai motivator dan pemberi fasilitasi, pemberi alat bantu (tool giver) berupa alat kebutuhan pertanian dan administrasi pembukuan, pendidik proses (process educator) dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan sosialisasi, serta wakil atau perwakilan dengan menjalin interaksi dengan pihak eksternal tetapi pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan kondisi seperti penyediaan alat bantu untuk administrasi dan pembukuan belum berbentuk digital serta terdapat anggota koperasi yang belum berpartisipasi aktif . Lalu, fasilitator telah menjalankan pembinaan terhadap anggota Koperasi Padetra Artomulyo sesuai dengan tahap fasilitasi pemberdayaan menurut Wilson yang mencakup aspek penyadaran dengan menggali kemampuan anggota koperasi, aspek pemahaman melalui pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, aspek pemanfaatan dengan membantu anggota koperasi memiliki produk hasil pelatihan, serta aspek pembiasaan dengan melakukan monitoring untuk memantau kemandirian anggota koperasi tetapi kesadaran anggota koperasi dalam memahami manfaat program dan mengaplikasikan pembelajaran yang didapatkan dari pelatihan masih belum maksimal serta kemandirian anggota Koperasi Padetra Artomulyo masih belum menyeluruh. ***** This study aims to identify and describe the role of facilitators in the developing of Padetra Artomulyo Cooperative members as part of the CSR program of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) at the Pagardewa Station, and to understand and describe the facilitation process carried out by facilitators through empowerment stages for Padetra Artomulyo Cooperative members. The informants in this study include 3 facilitators, the chairman of Padetra Artomulyo Cooperative, and 6 members of the Padetra Artomulyo Cooperative. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results of this research show that the facilitator has carried out his role in developing members of the Padetra Artomulyo Cooperative in accordance with the theory according to Yatimah which includes the facilitator as a process guide by positioning himself as a motivator and facilitator, providing tools in the form of tools for agricultural needs and bookkeeping administration, process educators by conducting training and outreach, as well as representatives by establishing interactions with external parties but in implementation there are still conditions such as the provision of tools for administration and bookkeeping not in digital form yet and there are cooperative members who have not actively participated . Then, the facilitator has carried out coaching for members of the Padetra Artomulyo Cooperative in accordance with the empowerment facilitation stage according to Wilson which includes awareness aspects by exploring the abilities of cooperative members, understanding aspects through carrying out socialization and training, utilization aspects by helping cooperative members have products resulting from training, as well as habituation aspects by carrying out monitoring to monitor the independence of cooperative members but the awareness of cooperative members in understanding the benefits of the program and applying the learning gained from training is still not optimal and the independence of members of the Padetra Artomulyo Cooperative is still not comprehensive.
