Abstract
Viola Cerya Andini, Anisah, Arris Maulana (2024). “Studi Implementasi Asistensi Mengajar di Satuan Pendidikan (AMSP) Kampus Merdeka pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta” Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang terjadi pada mahasiswa PTB UNJ saat melaksanakan kegiatan AMSP kampus merdeka. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai pada bulan Januari 2024 sampai dengan Juli 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 30 mahasiswa PTB UNJ yang sudah mengikuti AMSP, 9 guru pamong SMKN 1 Jakarta dan SMKN 6 Bekasi, dan 3 dosen PTB UNJ. Instrumen penelitian diuji coba kepada 10 mahasiswa PTB UNJ non-sampel. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas menggunakan rumus korelasi produk momen dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha. Penyusunan instrumen penelitian didasarkan pada buku panduan kampus merdeka kemendikbud 2020 dan buku petunjuk teknis AMSP/PKM FT UNJ tahun 2023 lalu dikembangkan melalui studi literatur pada jurnal dan buku tentang AMSP. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas instrumen diperoleh 34 butir pernyataan valid dan 9 butir pernyataan tidak valid dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,980 sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Setelah uji coba instrumen, maka didapatkan 34 jumlah butir pernyataan yang dimuat dalam kuesioner penelitian. Hasil pengisian kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis statistik didapatkan bahwa kesuluruhan butir dalam pernyataan kuesioner merupakan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa saat mengikuti AMSP. This study aims to identify the obstacles that occur in UNJ PTB students when carrying out the independent campus AMSP activities. This research was conducted from January 2024 to July 2024. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. The samples used were 30 UNJ PTB students who had participated in AMSP, 9 supervising teachers at SMKN 1 Jakarta and SMKN 6 Bekasi, and 3 UNJ PTB lecturers. The research instrument was tested on 10 non-sample UNJ PTB students. The instrument trial was carried out with a validity test using the product moment correlation formula and a reliability test using the alpha formula. The preparation of the research instrument was based on the 2020 Ministry of Education and Culture's independent campus guidebook and the 2023 AMSP/PKM FT UNJ technical guidebook, which was developed through literature studies in journals and books about AMSP. Based on the results of the validity and reliability tests of the instrument, 34 valid statements and 9 invalid statements were obtained with a reliability of 0.980, so they are included in the very high category. After the instrument trial, 34 statement items were obtained in the research questionnaire. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the statistical analysis showed that all the items in the questionnaire statements were obstacles faced by students when participating in AMSP.
