Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa Video Knowledge Capture “Pengenalan OK OCE Indonesia” untuk Penggerak Baru di OK OCE Indonesia. Video Knowledge Capture tentang Pengenalan OK OCE Indonesia yang dikembangkan mengacu pada model Hannafin and Peck yang terdiri dari beberapa fase, antara lain analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan dan implementasi, serta evaluasi dan revisi yang dilaksanakan pada setiap tahapnya. Produk yang berupa video Knowledge Capture yang telah melalui tahap evaluasi formatif yang melibatkan para ahli dan pengguna (Penggerak OK OCE Indonesia). Hasil uji coba kepada ahli materi dan ahli media melalui angket terbuka menyatakan produk ini sudah baik dari berbagai sisi namun tetap diberikan adanya sedikit perbaikan. Kemudian pada tahap uji coba pengguna dengan menggunakan Skala Likert, hasil one-to-one evaluation memperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan yaitu 3.78 (Sangat Baik) dan melalui small group evaluation memperoleh nilai 3.64 (Sangat Baik). Hasil evaluasi formatif menunjukkan bahwa produk Video Knowledge Capture ini sudah sangat baik dan dapat digunakan untuk Penggerak Baru di OK OCE Indonesia. ***** This development research aims to produce learning media in the form of a Knowledge Capture Video "Introduction to OK OCE Indonesia" for New Community at OK OCE Indonesia. The Knowledge Capture Video about the Introduction to OK OCE Indonesia was developed referring to the Hannafin and Peck model which consists of several phases, including needs analysis, design, development and implementation, as well as evaluation and revision carried out at each stage. The product is a Knowledge Capture video which has gone through a formative evaluation stage involving experts and users (OK OCE Indonesia’s Community). The results of trials with material experts and media experts through an open questionnaire stated that this product was good from various aspects but there were still slight improvements. Then at the user testing stage using a Likert Scale, the results of the one-to-one evaluation obtained an overall average score of 3.78 (Very Good) and through small group evaluation obtained a score of 3.64 (Very Good). The results of the formative evaluation show that the Video Knowledge Capture product is very good and can be used for New Community at OK OCE Indonesia.
