Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan stigma diri dalam mencari bantuan terhadap intensi pencarian bantuan psikologis profesional pada umat Kristen Indonesia. Alat ukur yang digunakan yakni Mental Help Seeking Intention Scale (MHSIS), 20-item Dimensions of Religiosity Scale (DR Scale), dan Self Stigma of Seeking Help (SSOSH). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah umat Kristen di Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan jumlah responden 251 orang. Teknis analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh religiusitas dan stigma diri dalam mencari bantuan terhadap intensi pencarian bantuan psikologis profesional pada umat Kristen Indonesia sebesar 32.5%. Kata kunci: Intensi pencarian bantuan psikologis profesional, Religiusitas, Stigma diri dalam mencari bantuan, Umat Kristen. ***** ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the influence of religiosity and self-stigma on seeking help on the intention to seek professional psychological help among Indonesian Christians. The measurement tools used were the Mental Help Seeking Intention Scale (MHSIS), the 20-item Dimensions of Religiosity Scale (DR Scale), and the Self Stigma of Seeking Help (SSOSH). The population in this study comprised Indonesian Christians. The sampling method employed was convenience sampling, with a total of 251 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for data analysis. The research results indicate that religiosity and self-stigma in seeking help simultaneously influence the intention to seek professional psychological assistance among Indonesian Christians by 32.5% Keywords: Intention to seek professional psychological help, Religiosity, Self-stigma on seeking help, Indonesian Christians.
