Abstract
***** This study aimed to determine the effect of each of the big five personality traits on attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help in early adulthood individuals. The hypothesis test used for this research is multiple regression analysis. The finding shows that the extraversion personality trait partially influence attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help with 1% determination percentage while the neuroticism personality trait partially influence attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help with 1,6% determination percentage. This result shows that the higher extraversion and neuroticism personality traits score in Indonesian early adulthood individuals, the more positive individual has attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help.
