Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan organisasi belajar di Drisana Center berdasarkan tiga aspek karakteristik organisasi belajar menurut Garvin et. al. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner kepada staf Drisana Center, wawancara dengan Direktur Program dan Koordinator Terapis Drisana Center, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Drisana Center telah menerapkan dua dari tiga aspek karakteristik organisasi belajaryaitu aspek lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan aspek kepemimpinan yang memperkuat belajar. Secara spesifik, aspek lingkungan belajar yang mendukung meraih skor rata-rata sebesar 71 atau berada pada kategori “Cukup Baik”. Aspek proses dan praktik belajar konkrit meraih skor rata-rata sebesar 62 atau berada pada kategori “Kurang Baik”. Serta, aspek kepemimpinan yang memperkuat belajar meraih skor rata-rata sebesar 76 atau berada pada kategori “Cukup Baik”. ***** This study aims to describe the implementation of a learning organization at Drisana Center based on three characteristic aspects of learning organizations according to Garvin et al. This research is categorized as qualitative descriptive research. The research methods used include distributing questionnaires to Drisana Center staff, conducting interviews with the Program Director and Therapist Coordinators at Drisana Center, as well as documentation. The research results show that Drisana Center has implemented two of the three characteristics of a learning organization, namely a supportive learning environment and leadership that reinforces learning. Specifically, the aspect of a supportive learning environment achieved an average score of 71, categorizing it as "Fairly Good". The aspect of concrete learning processes and practices achieved an average score of 62, categorizing it as "Less Good". The aspect of leadership that reinforces learning achieved an average score of 76, categorizing it as "Fairly Good".
