Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengembangan Program Pelatihan PNOP (PAMA New Employee Orientation Program) untuk karyawan baru di PT. Pamapersada Nusantara” menghasilkan produk berupa rancangan garis besar program pelatihan yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam penyelenggaraan orientasi karyawan baru di PAMA. Pengembangan program pelatihan ini menggunakan Model Pengembangan Instruksional yang terdiri dari 8 tahapan yaitu 1) Mengidentifikasi Kebutuhan Instruksional dan Menulis Tujuan Instruksional Umum, 2) Melakukan Analisis Instruksional, 3) Mengidentifikasi Perilaku dan Karakteristik Awal Peserta, 4) Menulis Tujuan Instruksional Khusus, 5) Menyusun Alat Penilaian Hasil Belajar, 6) Menyusun Strategi Instruksional, 7) Mengembangkan Bahan Instruksional, 8) Menyusun Desain dan Melaksanakan Evaluasi Formatif. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi formatif dengan expert review oleh ahli materi dan desain pembelajaran dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil dari penilaian tersebut adalah produk program pelatihan PNEOP baik dan layak digunakan oleh penyelenggaran pelatihan di PT Pamapersada Nusantara setelah dilakukan proses revisi. ***** The research titled “Development of the PNOP (PAMA New Employee Orientation Program) Training Program for new employees in PT. Pamapersada Nusantara” produced a form of a training program master plan that can be used as a reference in the execution of the orientation of new employees at PAMA. The development of this training program use MPI Model that consists of 8 stages i.e 1) Identifying Instructional Needs and Writing General Instructional Objectives, 2) Conducting Instructional Analysis, 3) Identifying Behavior and Early Characteristics of Participants, 4) Writing Specific Instructional Objectives, 5) Compiling Learning Outcome Assessment Tools, 6) Developing Instructional Strategies, 7) Developing Instructional Materials, 8) Preparing Design and Implementing Formative Evaluation. In this research, formative evaluation was conducted through expert review by subject matter and instructional design experts using a questionnaire. The results of this evaluation indicate that the PNEOP training program is good and suitable for use by training organizers at PT Pamapersada Nusantara after the revision process.
