Abstract

Penelitian ini dilator belakang dengan adanya permasalah pada pelaksanaan program praktik kerja industry di lingkungan SMK. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi dari lapangan prakerin antara yang memuat ketidakpercayaan DU/DI pada kompetensi peserta didik, kurangnya penjelasan dan bimbingan yang diberikan, hubungan sosial dan komunikasi antara peserta prakerin dan instruktur DU/DI tidak dilakukan dengan baik, dan kurangnya kesiapan kerja yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri di SMK Bina Nusantara Kabupaten Bogor. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan mix method yang mengutamakan mengkolaborasikan antara pendelitian kuantitatif dengan kualitatif. Sedangkan, untuk pendekatannya dengan evaluasi program menggunakan model CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, dan Outcome). Metode penelitian menggunakan survey melalui pemberian kuesioner serta didukung dengan data wawancara. Sampel penelitian yaitu pada 132 peserta didik serta subjek penelitian yang dijadikan sebagai informan wawancara sebanyak empat orang yang diambil dari guru pembimbing, kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, dan wakahub yang ad di SMK Bina Nusantara Kabupaten Bogor. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kolaborasi antara analisis kuantitatif dengan statistic deskriptif sedangkan analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan dari Miles dan Huberman. Temuan hasil menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi dimensi context memerlukan adanya beberapa penataan ulang pada tujuan program program dengan kurikulum yang berlaku di sekolah. Serta, kesamaan antara tujuan program praktik kerja industri lembaga pendidikan dengan kebijakan pemerintah (link and match). Hasil evaluasi dimensi input diperoleh beberapa temuan yang mempengaruhi peserta didik dari segi perencanaan, pembekalan, kurikulum implementatif, proses kerja kepanitiaan, kualifikasi sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana pendukung, kesiapan peserta didik dari segi pengetahuan, dan pembiayaan. Hasil evaluasi dimensi process diperoleh beberapa indikator yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan peserta didik, yaitu penetapan guru pembimbing, monitoring yang terjadwal, efektifitas penanganan kendala, kontribusi pihak lembaga, dan pemetaan lokasi program praktik kerja industry. Hasil pada dimensi product diperoleh beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan program praktik kerja industry, yaitu hasil uji kompetensi yang dilakukan oleh lembaga terhadap peserta didik dan serifikasi dari pihak DU/DI. Hasil pada dimensi outcome diperoleh bahwa keterserapan peserta didik pada DU/DI pasangan dipengaruhi oleh proses, dan peningkatan sikap karakter disiplin, tanggung jawab dan etos kerja pada peserta didik setelah mengikuti program praktik kerja industri. Some of the problems encountered from the field of pre-employment include DU / DI's distrust of the competence of students, lack of explanation and guidance provided, social relations and communication between pre-employment participants and DU / DI instructors are not done well, and the lack of work readiness possessed by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the industrial work practice programme at SMK Bina Nusantara Bogor Regency. The research methodology uses a mix method that prioritises collaborating between quantitative and qualitative research. Meanwhile, the approach to programme evaluation uses the CIPPO model (Context, Input, Process, Product, and Outcome). The research method uses a survey through the administration of questionnaires and is supported by interview data. The research sample was 132 students and the research subjects who served as interview informants were four people taken from the supervising teacher, principal, deputy curriculum, and wakahub at SMK Bina Nusantara Bogor Regency. The data analysis technique uses collaboration between quantitative analysis with descriptive statistics while qualitative analysis with the approach of Miles and Huberman. The findings show that the evaluation of the context dimension requires some rearrangement of the programme objectives with the applicable curriculum at school. As well as, the similarity between the objectives of the industrial work practice programme of educational institutions with government policies (link and match). The results of the evaluation of the input dimension obtained several findings that affect students in terms of planning, debriefing, implementing curriculum, committee work process, human resource qualifications, supporting facilities and infrastructure, student readiness in terms of knowledge, and financing. The results of the evaluation of the process dimension obtained several indicators that affect the success of students, namely the determination of the supervising teacher, scheduled monitoring, the effectiveness of handling obstacles, the contribution of the institution, and the mapping of the location of the industrial work practice programme. The results in the product dimension obtained several things that affect the success of the implementation of industrial work practice programmes, namely the results of competency tests conducted by institutions for students and certification from DU / DI. The results on the outcome dimension obtained that the absorption of learners in DU / DI pairs are influenced by the process, and an increase in the character attitudes of discipline, responsibility and work ethic in students after participating in the industrial work practice programme.
