Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan platform website Google Sites untuk mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian kelas XII di SMKN 14 Jakarta, serta untuk menilai tingkat kelayakan dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Subjek penelitian melibatkan tiga validator (ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran) serta 36 siswa kelas XII OTKP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dengan skala Likert 1-5. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa uji validasi ahli materi mencapai 96%, ahli media mencapai 92%, dan ahli desain pembelajaran mencapai 96%, semua dikategorikan sebagai sangat layak. Uji praktikalisasi dilakukan oleh 36 siswa dengan hasil keseluruhan 92%, dikategorikan sebagai sangat praktis. Hasil Penelitiam ini menegaskan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Google Sites untuk mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian di SMKN 14 Jakarta telah terbukti sangat layak, praktis, dan siap digunakan dalam pembelajaran Kata Kunci : Google Sites, Media Pembelajaran,, Model ADDIE, Kepegawaian ***** This research aims to develop interactive learning media using the Google Sites website platform for the Class XII Civil Service OTK subject at SMKN 14 Jakarta, as well as to assess the level of feasibility and practicality of the learning media being developed. The method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The research subjects involved three validators (material experts, media experts, and learning design experts) and 36 class XII OTKP students. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The results of data analysis show that the validation test for material experts reached 96%, media experts reached 92%, and learning design experts reached 96%, all categorized as very feasible. The practicalization test was carried out by 36 students with an overall result of 92%, categorized as very practical. The results of this research confirm that interactive learning media based on Google Sites for the Civil Service OTK subject at SMKN 14 Jakarta has been proven to be very feasible, practical, and ready to be used in learning.
