Abstract

Setiap sekolah memiliki Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah atau yang biasa disebut dengan OSIS. OSIS dapat dijadikan sebagai wadah bagi peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi peserta didik yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembinaan OSIS di SMA Negeri 65 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskrtiptif analitik, serta menggunakan triangulasi yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA Negeri 65 Jakarta sudah melaksanakan manajemen pembinaan OSIS, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Perencanaan pembinaan OSIS diawali rekrutmen kepengurusan OSIS serta penyusunan Garis Besar Program Kerja dan proposal. Pengorganisasian pembinaan OSIS dilaksanakan dengan membebaskan calon pengurus OSIS untuk memilih seksi bidang yang diinginkannya dan mengoptimalkan program kerja agar berinovasi dan tidak monoton. Pelaksanaan pembinaan OSIS dilakukan dengan pemberian arahan, motivasi, dan pelatihan bagi pengurus OSIS. Pengawasan pembinaan OSIS dilakukan dengan pengawasan yang meliputi pengawasan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Agar dapat terlaksana lebih baik, dapat dilakukan dengan pengarsipan proposal dan laporan, mengadakan rapat terjadwal, menambah pelatihan, dan pengawasan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak. ***** Every school has a student council or that is usually called OSIS. student council can be used as a forum for students to receive guidance and develop student potential in accordance with the school's vision and mission. This research aims to determine the management of development in the student council at 65 Senior High School Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods, and uses triangulation, such us observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the research show that 65 Senior High School Jakarta has implemented management of development in the student council, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Planning of development in the student council begins with recruitment for the student council and the preparation of an outline programs and proposals. Organizing of development in the student council is carried out by let the candidates of student council to choose the field section or division they want and optimizing the work program so that the program would be innovative and not monotonous. Actuating of development in the student council is carried out by providing direction, motivation and training for the student council. Controlling of development in the student council is carried out by supervision which includes supervision in planning, implementation and evaluation. So that this can be done better, this can be done by archiving proposals and reports, holding scheduled meetings, adding training and supervision involving various parties.
