Abstract

ABSTRAK Putri Fedrianti, Prof. Dr. Tuti Iriani, M.Si., Anisah, M.T. 2024. Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Microlearning Untuk Materi Kesehatan Kerja Mata Kuliah Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berbasis microlearning untuk materi Kesehatan Kerja mata kuliah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate).Teknik analisis data terdiri dari analisis validasi ahli dan analisis uji coba terbatas. Hasil validasi dari pengembangan bahan ajar ini mendapatkan nilai validasi ahli materi sebesar 85,2 % dengan kategori (Sangat Layak) selain itu pengembangan ini mendapatkan nilai ahli media sebesar 89,52 dengan kategori (Sangat Layak). Dengan hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar E-book berbasis microlearning sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk mata kuliah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada materi Kesehatan Kerja program studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Thesis. Building Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University. This research aims to produce microlearning-based teaching materials for Occupational Health material for the Occupational Safety and Health course in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data analysis techniques consist of expert validation analysis and limited trial analysis. The validation results from the development of this teaching material received a material expert validation score of 85.2% in the (Very Appropriate) category. In addition, this development received a media expert score of 89.52 in the (Very Appropriate) category. These results show that the use of microlearning-based E-book teaching materials is very suitable for use as teaching materials for Occupational Safety and Health courses in Occupational Health material in the Building Engineering Education study program.
