Abstract

Tata rias wajah arab merupakan suatu riasan wajah dengan penampilan khas yang mewah, tajam dan tebal. Tata rias arab menjadi karakteristik pada jenis mata besar atau bulat, sedangkan pada penelitian ini riasan arab tersebut akan diterapkan serta dikoreksi pada jenis mata sipit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan video tutorial yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai media pembelajaran. Video tutorial sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan ketepatan belajar karena pengguna dapat melihat proses secara visual sehingga dapat lebih paham mengenai materi yang disampaikan. Penelitian ini merupakan model pengembangan 4D yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), Disseminate (penyebaran). Penelitian pengembangan ini melalu proses uji validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, serta melakukan uji coba terbatas kepada masyarakat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif. Skor yang diperoleh dari hasil uji validasi ahli materi pada tahap 1 sebesar 70% dan uji validasi ahli materi pada tahap 2 sebesar 88,8%. Sedangkan hasil uji validasi ahli media pada tahap 1 sebesar 81,8% dan uji validasi media pada tahap 2 sebesar 86,3% sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa berdasarkan penilaian para ahli tersebut masuk kedalam kategori sangat layak. Kemudian pada tahap uji coba terbatas kepada masyarakat mendapatkan hasil sebesar 93,8%. Hasil persentase tersebut masuk kedalam kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian Video Tutorial Make Up Arabian Look pada jenis mata sipit dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Video Tutorial, Make Up Arabian Look, Jenis Mata Sipit****Arabic makeup is a face makeup with a distinctive appearance that is luxurious, sharp and thick. Arabic makeup is characteristic of large or round eyes, while in this research the Arabic makeup will be applied and corrected on narrow eyes. This research aims to produce video tutorials that can be used by the community as learning media. Video tutorials as learning media can increase learning accuracy because users can see the process visually so that they can better understand the material presented. This research is a 4D development model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This development research goes through a validation test process by material experts and media experts, as well as conducting limited trials to the community. The data analysis technique uses quantitative. The score obtained from the results of the material expert validation test at stage 1 was 70% and the material expert validation test at stage 2 was 88.8%. While the results of the media expert validation test at stage 1 amounted to 81.8% and the media validation test at stage 2 amounted to 86.3% so that it can be said that based on the assessment of the experts it falls into the category of very feasible. Then at the limited trial stage to the community, the results were 93.8%. The percentage results fall into the very practical category. Thus Video Tutorial Make Up Arabian Look on the type of slanted eyes can be used as learning media.Keywords: Video Tutorial, Arabian Look Make Up, Slanted Eye Type.
