Abstract

Perawatan badan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk menjaga kesehatan dan penampilan. Saat ini, terdapat banyak metode perawatan badan yang tersedia, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan alat coolsculpting. Coolsculpting adalah teknologi pendinginan yang digunakan untuk menghilangkan lemak tubuh secara non-invasif. Video tutorial ini dibuat untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang coolsculpting, manfaatnya, dan cara prosedurnya. Video tutorial ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dipahami dan disertai dengan visualisasi yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan video tutorial ini adalah Reaserch and Development (R&D) dengan menerapkan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate). Video tutorial ini telah diuji kepada ahli materi dan ahli media dengan Instrument penilaian berupa lembar kelayakan yang terstruktur dengan skala likert. Hasil dari uji kelayakan oleh ahli media mendapatkan nilai 95% dan ahli media 89.2% dari penilaian kedua ahli tersebut masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Skripsi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat kepada masyarakat tentang coolsculpting dan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memilih metode perawatan badan yang tepat. Currently, there are many body care methods available, one of which is using the coolsculpting tool. Coolsculpting is a cooling technology used to remove body fat non-invasively. This video tutorial was created to provide information to the public about coolsculpting, its benefits, and how the procedure is carried out. This video tutorial is made using easy-to-understand language and is accompanied by attractive visualizations. The method used in developing this video tutorial is Research and Development (R&D) by applying the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). This video tutorial has been tested on material experts and media experts with an assessment instrument in the form of a structured feasibility sheet with a Likert scale. The results of the feasibility test by media experts obtained a score of 95% and media experts 89.2% of the assessment of both experts fell into the category of "Very Feasible". This thesis is expected to provide useful information to the public about coolsculpting and can help the public in choosing the right body care method.
