Abstract

Tingkat ketimpangan pembangunan merupakan salah satu indikator untuk melihat tingkat kesejahteraan wilayah khususnya di Pulau Jawa dan Kawasan Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah daerah pada sektor infrastruktur, pendidikan dan kesehatan terhadap perbedaan ketimpangan pembangunan wilayah di Pulau Jawa dan Kawasan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang terdiri dari 18 Provinsi dalam periode waktu lima tahun (2017-2021). Hasil penelitian Pulau Jawa (X1) menghasilkan t-hit -4.207740 > t-tab 1.70562. Nilai prob. 0.0003 < 0.05. Sedangkan Kawasan Timur (X1) menghasilkan t-hit -2.522846 > t-tab 1.67252. Nilai prob. 0.0152 < 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi ketimpangan pembangunan wilayah. Hasil Penelitian Pulau Jawa (X2) menghasilkan t-hit 2.945048 > t-tab 1.70562. Nilai prob. 0.0067 < 0.05. Sedangkan Kawasan Timur (X2) menghasilkan t-hit 3.078650 > t-tab 1.67252. Nilai prob. 0.0035 < 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dalam menaikkan ketimpangan pembangunan wilayah. Hasil Penelitian Pulau Jawa (X3) menghasilkan t-hit -1.687966 < t-tab 1.70562. Nilai prob. 0.1034 > 0.05. Sedangkan Kawasan Timur (X3) menghasilkan t-hit 1.074354 < t-tab 1.67252. Nilai prob. 0.2884 > 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi ketimpangan pembangunan wilayah.
