Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar yang menggunakan metode pengembangan instrumen milik Norman E. Gronlund (1985) dengan langkah-langkah antara lain: menentukan tujuan penilaian, mengidentifikasi kompetensi dan hasil belajar, menyusun kisi-kisi, mengembangkan draft instrumen, uji coba dan analisa soal serta revisi dan merakit instrumen baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa seperangkat instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar untuk mata kuliah Sosiologi Pendidikan yang terdiri dari 5 paket soal yang disertai petunjuk pengerjaan dan kunci jawaban. Penelitian ini menguji cobakan instrumen dengan tahap uji ahli (expert review). Tahap uji ahli dilakukan oleh dua orang ahli, yaitu seorang ahli evaluasi dan seorang ahli materi. Hasil validasi ahli evaluasi mendapatkan skor 3,75 yang berarti baik sekali dan hasil validasi dari ahli materi mendapat skor 3,07 yang berarti baik. ***** This research focuses on the development of learning outcomes evaluation instruments for the Sociology of Education course, utilizing the instrument development method proposed by Norman E. Gronlund (1985). This method includes several steps, such as: determining assessment objectives, identifying competencies and learning outcomes, drafting a blueprint, developing an initial instrument draft, conducting testing and analysis of questions, and ultimately revising and assembling the final instruments. This research resulted in the development of a comprehensive set of learning outcome evaluation instruments for the Educational Sociology course. This set includes five distinct sets of questions, each accompanied by detailed instructions for use and corresponding answer keys. The validity of the developed instrument was assessed through a comprehensive expert review process. Two experts, one specializing in evaluation and the other in the subject matter, conducted the review. The evaluation expert awarded the instrument a score of 3.75, signifying excellent quality, while the material expert assigned a score of 3.07, indicating good quality.
