Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Attitude Towards Public Transportation Terhadap Passenger Loyalty Melalui Mediasi Perceived Usefulness Pada Pengguna KRL Commuter Line Rute Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 352 responden. Karakteristik sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja, berusia 18-65 tahun, dan pernah atau sedang menggunakan KRL Jabodetabek. Instrumen alat ukur yang digunakan yakni Measure Passenger Loyalty to Public Transport Modes dengan nilai cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,898, Measure Attitude to public transit (ATT) dengan nilai cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,821, dan Measure Perceived Usefulness dengan nilai cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,708. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh mediasi secara sempurna antara variabel perceived usefulness dan sikap positif penggunaan transportasi publik (positive attitude towards public transportation) terhadap loyalitas penumpang (passenger loyalty) dengan nilai effect sebesar 0,132. Selain itu, terdapat pula pengaruh mediasi secara parsial antara variabel perceived usefulness dan sikap negatif penggunaan transportasi publik (positive and negative attitude towards public transportation) terhadap loyalitas penumpang (passenger loyalty) dengan nilai effect sebesar 0,206. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of Attitude Towards Public Transportation on Passenger Loyalty through Perceived Usefulness Mediation in KRL Commuter Line Users on Jabodetabek Routes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey. The sampling technique used was non-probability purposive sampling with a sample size of 352 respondents. The characteristics of the sample in this study were workers, aged 18-65 years, and had or were using the Jabodetabek KRL. The measuring instruments used are Measure Passenger Loyalty to Public Transport Modes with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.898, Measure Attitude to public transit (ATT) with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.821, and Measure Perceived Usefulness with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.708. The results showed that there was a perfect mediating influence between the variables of perceived usefulness and positive attitude towards public transportation on passenger loyalty with an effect value of 0.132. In addition, there is also a partial mediating effect between the variables of perceived usefulness and negative attitude towards public transportation (positive and negative attitude towards public transportation) on passenger loyalty with an effect value of 0.206.
