Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Evaluasi Program Penggerak Olahraga di Provinsi DKI Jakarta 2023. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 54 orang dari internal Penggerak Olahraga dan 100 orang dari masyarakat eksternal di lingkungan RPTRA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada komponen konteks, rentang skor berada di antara 70-100 dengan rata-rata 91, median 92, modus 100, dan standar deviasi 7,23. Pada komponen input, rentang skor berada di antara 65-88 dengan rata-rata 77, median 75, modus 75, dan standar deviasi 8,57. Untuk komponen proses, hasil internal Penggerak Olahraga menunjukkan rentang skor 53-75 dengan rata-rata 63, median 63, modus 58, dan standar deviasi 5,30. Pada komponen proses eksternal, kategori "cukup" memiliki 75 responden (75%) dan kategori "kurang" memiliki 25 responden (25%). Selanjutnya, pada komponen produk, rentang skor berada di antara 63-94 dengan rata-rata 90, median 94, modus 94, dan standar deviasi 7,39. Berdasarkan kategori, komponen produk internal terdiri dari 83 responden (83%) dalam kategori "sangat baik", 16 responden (16%) dalam kategori "baik", dan 1 responden (1%) dalam kategori "cukup". Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Evaluasi Program Penggerak Olahraga di Provinsi DKI Jakarta 2023 sudah berjalan dengan baik, tetapi masih ada beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, terutama pada komponen proses. Furthermore, in the product component, the score range was between 63-94 with an average of 90, a median of 94, a mode of 94, and a standard deviation of 7.39. Based on the categories, the internal product component consisted of 83 respondents (83%) in the "very good" category, 16 respondents (16%) in the "good" category, and 1 respondent (1%) in the "sufficient" category. Overall, the research results show that the Evaluation of the Penggerak Olahraga Program in DKI Jakarta Province 2023 has been running well, but there are still some aspects that need to be improved, especially in the process component.
