Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil Evaluasi Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bagi Calon Pengajar Diklat Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (PIP) yang menggunakan model evaluasi goal oriented. Penelitian evaluatif ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif serta metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 peserta diklat, widyaiswara/panitia program. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, pedoman wawancara, data sekunder yang diperoleh dari peserta dan panitia diklat. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan perolehan skor rata-rata pre test yaitu 7,52 yang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup” dan perolehan skor rata-rata post test yaitu 7,56 yang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup” hal tersebut menunjukan belum adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta secara signifikan. Berdasarkan data cek list menunjukan bahwa peserta telah menyusun Silabus/Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” sebanyak 2% , kategori “Baik” sebanyak 30%, kategori “Cukup Baik” sebanyak 36%, kategori “Kurang Baik” sebanyak 24%, dan kategori “Tidak Baik” sebanyak 8%. Serta dalam aspek menilai tingkat kemajuan dan hasil belajar juga telah tercapai dengan baik. Namun program ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan seperti masih terdapat peserta yang masih belum mampu menyusun Silabus/Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran diklat yang sesuai dengan ketentuan, peserta juga masih belum menggunakan metode Pembelajaran Orang Dewasa (POD), serta masih perlu adanya tindak lanjut dalam aspek menilai tingkat kemajuan dan kesesuaian hasil belajar peserta dan pada aspek peningkatan performance peserta. Maka kesimpulannya program Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bagi Calon Pengajar Diklat Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (PIP) sudah berjalan cukup baik jika dilihat dari ketercapaian tujuan program, dan perlu adanya peningkatan pada beberapa aspek yaitu aspek penyusunan Pembelajaran Orang Dewasa (POD), penilaian tingkat kemajuan dan kesesuaian hasil belajar peserta, dan peningkatan performance. ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the results of the Evaluation of the Education and Training Program for Prospective Teachers of the Pancasila Ideology Development Training (PIP) using a goal oriented evaluation model. This evaluative research uses a qualitative approach and qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The data sources in this research were 50 training participants, widyaiswara/program committee. Data collection used research instruments, interview guides, secondary data obtained from participants and the training committee. The results of the research showed that the average pre-test score was 7.52, which was included in the "Sufficient" category and the average post-test score was 7.56, which was included in the "Sufficient" category. This shows that there has been no overall increase in participants' knowledge. significant. Based on the check list data, it shows that 2% of participants have prepared a Syllabus/Learning Implementation Plan in the "Very Good" category, 30% in the "Good" category, 36% in the "Quite Good" category, 24% in the "Not Good" category, and the “Not Good” category as much as 8%. And in the aspect of assessing the level of progress and learning outcomes, it has also been achieved well. However, this program still has several shortcomings, such as there are still participants who are still not able to prepare a Syllabus/Learning Implementation Plan for training in accordance with the provisions, participants also still do not use the Adult Learning (POD) method, and there is still a need for follow-up in the aspect of assessing the level progress and suitability of participant learning outcomes and aspects of improving participant performance. So the conclusion is that the Education and Training Program for Prospective Teachers of the Pancasila Ideology Development Training (PIP) has been running quite well if seen from the achievement of program objectives, and there needs to be improvement in several aspects, namely aspects of preparing Adult Learning (POD), assessing the level of progress and suitability participant learning outcomes, and increased performance.
