Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh attitude towards public transportation terhadap passenger loyalty pengguna KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek melalui peran mediasi perceived value. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 352 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Karakteristik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laki-laki atau perempuan, pekerja, berusia 18 hingga 65 tahun, dan pernah atau sedang menggunakan KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menguji mediasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Measure Passenger Loyalty to Public Transport Modes untuk mengukur loyalitas penumpang, Attitude Towards Public Transit untuk mengukur sikap terhadap transportasi publik, dan PERVAL (Perceived Value) untuk mengukur persepsi nilai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh attitude towards public transportation terhadap passenger loyalty pengguna KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek melalui mediasi secara parsial dari perceived value. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas penumpang dalam konteks transportasi publik. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of attitude towards public transportation on passenger loyalty of KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek users through the mediating role of perceived value. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 352 respondents collected through questionnaires. The characteristics of the samples used in this study are male or female, workers, aged 18 to 65 years, and have used or are currently using the KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis to test mediation. The instruments used in this study are Measure Passenger Loyalty to Public Transport Modes to measure passenger loyalty, Attitude Towards Public Transit to measure attitude towards public transportation, and PERVAL (Perceived Value) to measure perceived value. The results of this study indicate that the effect of attitude towards public transportation on passenger loyalty of KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek users is partially mediated by perceived value. This research provides new insight into the factors that can increase passenger loyalty in the context of public transport.
