Abstract

Salma Indah Maharani, Nurina Ayuningtyas, M.Pd. dan Prof. Dr. Neneng Siti Silfi Ambarwati, S.Si, Apt, M.Si, 2024, Pengembangan Sistem Penugasan Karyawan Berbasis Website Dengan Metode Rapid Application Development Di Galeri X Wedding, Sarjana Terapan Kosmetik dan Perawatan Kecantikan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penugasan karyawan berbasis website di X Wedding menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). X Wedding merupakan sebuah perusahaan jasa penyelenggaraan pernikahan di Jakarta Barat. Menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen tugas karena penggunakan metode komunikasi yang kurang efisien seperti grup WhatsApp. Sistem penugasan karyawan yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, produktivitas, dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan menyediakan platform digital terintegrassi untuk manajemen tugas. Penelitian dilakukan dari Februari 2024 hingga Mei 2024, mencakup perancangan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi sistem. Model RAD diterapkan dengan tahapan perencanaan syarat-syarat, desain, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Sistem ini memungkinkan admin, manager, dan karyawan untuk mengelola tugas dan proyek secara efisien. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan standar ISO 25010, menilai aspek functional suitability, usability, dan portability. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat usability sebesar 86%, serta memenuhi kriteria functional suitability dan portability yang baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah pengembangan sistem penugasan karyawan berbasis website yang efektif dengan metode RAD dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi di X Wedding. Sistem ini juga mendukung pengelolaan tugas yang lebih terstruktur dan terkoordinasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan implementasi sistem secara penuh di X Wedding dan pengembangan fitur tambahan di masa depan. Keterbatasan penelitian mencakup ruang lingkup pengujian yang terbatas, keterbatasan fitur, dan waktu penelitian yang singkat, serta tidak mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal yang mungkin mempengaruhi efektivitas sistem. This research aims to develop a website-based employee assignment system at X Wedding using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. X Wedding, a wedding services company in West Jakarta, faces challenges in task management due to the use of less efficient communication methods such as WhatsApp groups. The assignment system developed aims to increase operational efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction by providing an integrated digital platform for task management.The research was conducted from February 2024 to May 2024, covering system design, development and evaluation. The RAD model is applied with the stages of Requirements Planning, Design, Development and Implementation. This system allows admins, managers, and employees to manage tasks and projects efficiently. System testing was carried out according to the ISO 25010 standard, assessing aspects of functional suitability, usability and portability. The test results show that the system has a usability level of 86%, and meets the criteria for good functional suitability and portability.The conclusion of this research is that the development of an effectivewebsite-based employee assignment system using the RAD method can increase productivity and efficiency at X Wedding. This system also supports more structured and coordinated task management. This research recommends full system implementation in X Wedding and development of additional features in the future. Research limitations include limited testing scope, limited features, and short research time, as well as not considering external factors that might influence the effectiveness of the system.
