Abstract

Pentingnya Sertifikasi Profesi Uji Kompetensi sebagai bagian dari sertifikasi telah diatur dalam UU RI No 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Tempat Uji Kompetensi menjadi faktor penunjang uji kompetensi. Oleh karena itu, tesis ini membahas “Bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Uji Kompetensi PMI Kota Jakarta Timur?”. Berdasarkan hal tersebut bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengembangkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Tempat Uji Kompetensi PMI Kota Jakarta Timur. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analitis dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Uji Kompetensi PMI Kota Jakarta Timur meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Perencanaan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, penetapan anggaran, dan analisis potensi pengadaan. Pengorganisasian melibatkan inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, dan penyimpanan. Pelaksanaan berfokus pada penggunaan sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung uji kompetensi, sedangkan pengawasan dilakukan secara berkala untuk kebijakan dan evaluasi. Oleh karena itu, manajemen sarana dan prasarana Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Uji Kompetensi PMI Kota Jakarta Timur telah terpenuhi dengan baik melalui integrasi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan yang efektif ***** The Importance of Professional Certification Competency Test as part of certification has been regulated in Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. The Management of Facilities and Infrastructure for Competency Test Sites is a supporting factor for the competency test. Therefore, this thesis discusses "How is the management of facilities and infrastructure of Competency Test Professional Certification Institute the PMI East Jakarta Branch?". Based on this, it aims to analyze and develop the management of facilities and infrastructure at the PMI Competency Test Site in East Jakarta. This study uses an analytical descriptive qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management at the PMI Competency Test Professional Certification Institute for East Jakarta City includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Planning includes needs analysis, budgeting, and procurement potential analysis. Organizing involves inventory, maintenance, and storage. Implementation focuses on the use of facilities and infrastructure to support competency tests, while supervision is carried out periodically for policies and evaluations. So, the management of facilities and infrastructure of the PMI Competency Test Professional Certification Institute of East Jakarta City has been fulfilled well through the integration of effective planning, organization, implementation, and supervision.
