Abstract

Pendidikan adalah dasar dari kemajuan masyarakat. Dalam era digitalisasi yang semakin berkembang, literasi digital telah menjadi bagian penting dari persiapan generasi mendatang untuk menghadapi tantangan global. Karena peran penting guru dalam satuan pendidikan dalam proses pembelajaran, guru harus mempersiapkan diri untuk pembelajaran berbasis literasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan variabel yang memengaruhi kesiapan guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis literasi digital, termasuk pelatihan, determinasi diri, dan intensitas membaca. Penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS 29.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, determinasi diri dan intensitas membaca berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis literasi digital pada kurikulum merdeka. Dengan R square sebesar 0,424 atau 42,4%. Dengan kesimpulan, bahwa koefisien determinasi R2 atau R square menunjukkan pelatihan (X1), determinasi diri (X2), dan intensitas membaca (X3) memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan sebesar 42,4% terhadap kesiapan guru (Y). Rekomendasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat lebih memperluas sampel yang digunakan dan variabel yang akan diteliti. Teachers are key players in the learning process in an educational unit, so they must first get ready for digital literacy-based learning. A few things that affect instructors' preparedness for learning based on digital literacy are reading intensity, self- determination, and training. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that affect teachers' preparedness for instruction based on digital literacy. Utilizing a quantitative methodology and primary data gathering methods through questionnaires, the research was conducted. Multiple linear regression models and SPSS 29.0 analysis tools were used for the analysis. According to the findings, reading intensity, self-determination, and training all positively and significantly impacted teachers' readiness for digital literacy-based learning in the autonomous curriculum. Has a 42.4%, or R square, of 0.424. In summary, it can be observed that 42.4% of teacher preparedness (Y) may be explained by training (X1), self- determination (X2), and reading intensity (X3), as indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 or R square. It is anticipated that recommendations for more research would broaden the variables to be examined and the sample size utilized.
