Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara avoidance motivations terhadap kualitas hubungan pada emerging adulthood yang menjalin hubungan pacaran, pengaruh antara revenge motivations terhadap kualitas hubungan pada emerging adulthood yang menjalin hubungan pacaran, dan pengaruh antara benevolence motivations terhadap kualitas hubungan pada emerging adulthood yang menjalin hubungan pacaran. Tipe penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen Perceived Relationship Quality Component (PRQC) dan Transgression Related Interpersonal Motivation (TRIM-18) yang telah diadaptasi menjadi versi bahasa Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 325 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini dilakukan secara simultan dengan hasil p = 0,000; p <0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 37,7% dan dilakukan secara parsial dengan hasil terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara dimensi avoidance motivations (p = 0,000; p <0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 31,6%, terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara dimensi revenge motivations (p = 0,000; p <0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 17,6%, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara dimensi benevolence motivations (p = 0,000; p <0,05) dengan kontribusi sebesar 12,4%. Dalam hubungan berpacaran, pemaafan perlu disertai dengan misalnya komunikasi yang efektif dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah agar tercapai hubungan yang berkualitas. ***** This research aims to determine the influence of avoidance motivation on the quality of relationships in Emerging Adults who are in a dating relationship, the influence of the Revenge Motive on the quality of relationships in Emerging Adults who are in a dating relationship, and the influence of Benevolence Motivation on the quality of relationships in Emerging Adults who are in a relationship. dating relationship. . The results of this research were carried out simultaneously with the result p = 0.000; p<0.05) with a contribution of 37.7% and carried out partially with the results that there is a significant negative influence between the dimensions of avoidance motivation (p = 0.000; p<0.05) with a contribution of 31.6%, there is a negative influence there is a significant influence between the revenge motivation dimension (p = 0.000; p<0.05) with a contribution of 17.6%, and there is a positive influence between the benevolence motivation dimension (p = 0.000; p<0.05) with a contribution of 12, 4 %. In a dating relationship, forgiveness needs to be accompanied by, for example, effective communication and the ability to solve problems in order to achieve a quality relationship.
