Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja guru honorer SMA Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisa korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 118 guru honorer. Pengambilan sampel secara acak menggunakan simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 8,961 yang berarti lebih besar dari ttabel 1,657, maka hipotesis alternative (Ha) dinyatakan diterima secara positif. Dari koefisien determinasi, Kompensasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 41,90% terhadap kinerja guru honorer SMA Negeri di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa semakin banyak kompensasi yang diterima, maka semakin meningkat kinerja guru honorer. This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and the performance of high school honorary teachers in East Jakarta. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach and correlational analysis. The sample of this study was 118 honorary teachers. Random sampling using simple random sampling with Slovin formula and data collection using questionnaires. From the hypothesis test results obtained tcount of 8.961 which means greater than t table 1.657, then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is stated positively accepted. From the coefficient of determination, Compensation contributed 41.90% to the performance of honorary teachers of state high schools in the City of East Jakarta Administration. Bases on research results, the more compensation received, the performance of honorary teachers is increasing.
