Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum muatan lokal di SD Global Islamic School Jakarta, dengan fokus pada empat tahapan utama: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua siswa. Pada tahap perencanaan, sekolah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan lokal dan menetapkan tujuan kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dan keislaman. Tahap pengorganisasian mencakup pengaturan sumber daya, penugasan tanggung jawab, dan pengembangan struktur organisasi yang mendukung implementasi kurikulum. Tahap pelaksanaan melibatkan penerapan kurikulum di kelas melalui metode pengajaran yang aktif dan inovatif. Sekolah menyediakan fasilitas dan sumber daya yang memadai untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kurikulum secara efektif. Tahap pengendalian mencakup kegiatan monitoring untuk memastikan bahwa pelaksanaan kurikulum berjalan sesuai rencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum muatan lokal di SD Global Islamic School Jakarta berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dan keIslaman ke dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Proses perencanaan yang partisipatif dan pengorganisasian yang efektif memungkinkan pelaksanaan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan konteks lokal. Pengendalian yang ketat memastikan bahwa kurikulum tetap berjalan sesuai rencana dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang praktik manajemen kurikulum di sekolah dasar, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan Islami. ***** This study aims to describe the management of local content curriculum at SD Global Islamic School Jakarta, focusing on four main stages: Planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation and document analysis from the principal, teachers and parents. At the planning stage, the school identified local needs and sets curriculum objectives that integrate cultural and Islamic values. The organizing stage includes arranging resources, assigning responsibilities and developing an organizational structure that supports curriculum implementation. The implementation stage involves applying the curriculum in the classroom through active and innovative teaching methods. The school provides adequate facilities and resources to support the effective implementation of the curriculum. The control stage includes monitoring activites to ensure that the implementation of the curriculum goes according to plan. The results showed that local content curriculum management at SD Global Islamic School Jakarta successfully integrated cultural and Islamic values into teaching and learning activities. A participatory planning process and effective organization enable the implementation of a curriculum that is appropriate to the local context. Tight control ensures that curriculum continues to run in accordance with the plans and goals that have been set. This research provides important insights into curriculum management practices in primary schools, especially in the context of Islamic education.
