Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang antara work life-balance dan digital well-being pada karyawan di Jabodetabek. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu convenience sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 260 Partisipan. Instrumen alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Work life-balance Scale (WLBS) diadaptasi oleh Gunawan et al (2019) dan Digital Well-Being Scale (DWBS) dirancang oleh Gomes et al (2023). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara work life-balance dan digital well-being pada karyawan di Jabodetabek dengan nilai korelasi pearson 0,160 dan nilai signifikansi 0,010. (*****) This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between work life-balance and digital well-being among employees in Jabodetabek. The type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. The sample used in this research was 260 participants. The measuring instruments used in this research are the Work life-balance Scale (WLBS) adapted by Gunawan et al (2019) and the Digital Well-Being Scale (DWBS) designed by Gomes et al (2023). The results of this research are that there is a significant positive relationship between work life-balance and digital well-being among employees in Jabodetabek with a Pearson correlation value of 0.160 and a significance value of 0.010.
