Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap grit pada karyawan swasta yang bekerja di perusahaan/instansi di Indonesia. Responden yang didapatkan berjumlah 114 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Scale Grit-Short untuk Grit yang berjumlah 8 item, Organizational Citizenship Behavior-checklist (OCB-C) untuk OCB yang berjumlah 20 item. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,112 > 0,05, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap grit pada karyawan swasta yang bekerja di perusahaan/instansi di indonesia. Penelitian ini membawa implikasi bagi perusahaan, manager dan petinggi perusahaan lainnya agar bisa berusaha untuk meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior dan grit pada karyawan mereka.*****This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on grit in private employees working in companies/agencies in Indonesia. The respondents obtained were 114 respondents. The measuring instrument used in this study was The Scale Grit-Short for Grit which consisted of 8 items, Organizational Citizenship Behavior-checklist (OCB-C) for OCB which consisted of 20 items. The results of the study using a simple regression test showed a significance value of 0,112> 0,05, so it can be concluded that there is no effect of organizational citizenship behavior on grit in private employees working in companies/agencies in Indonesia. This study has implications for companies, managers and other company officials so that they can strive to improve organizational citizenship behavior and grit in their employees.
