Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dari pengembangan inovasi materi digital berbasis video pembelajaran pada pengetahuan kompetensi kepabeanan studi kasus bea masuk bea keluar yang dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada pembacanya untuk dapat memahami pengetahuan kompetensi kepabeanan yang di dalamnya membahas perhitungan bea masuk dan bea keluar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implement, (5) Evaluate. Alat pengujian yang digunakan untuk mengukur kelayakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket skala likert kepada ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa dan penilaian pengguna. Hasil dari pengembangan ini adalah adanya materi digital dalam bentuk pdf yang sesuai dengan disesuaikan Peraturan Kepala Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan No. 008/PP/2009 tentang Pedoman Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan dan sudah diolah dan dimodifikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan akan pembahasan terkait perhitungan bea masuk dan bea keluar. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi maka skor yang didapat adalah 92% dan 96% dimana skor tersebut masuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil validasi ahli media skor yang didapat adalah 87% dimana skor tersebut masuk kategori “Sangat Layak”, dan hasil validasi ahli bahasa skor yang didapat adalah 86% dimana skor tersebut masuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Serta hasil dari penilaian 20 pengguna yaitu mendapatkan skor 95% dimana skor tersebut masuk kategori “Sangat Layak”. Berdasarkan hasil nilai kelayakan validasi dan juga penilaian pengguna maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Inovasi Materi Digital Berbasis Video Pembelajaran Pada Pengetahuan Kompetensi Kepabeanan sudah layak untuk digunakan. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implement, (5) Evaluate. The testing tool used to measure feasibility in this research used a Likert scale questionnaire for material experts, media experts, language experts and user assessments. The result of this development is the existence of digital material in pdf form which is in accordance with the Regulation of the Head of the Financial Education and Training Agency No. 008/PP/2009 concerning Guidelines for Customs Expert Certification and has been processed and modified according to the need for discussion regarding the calculation of import and export duties. As a result of validation by material experts, the scores obtained were 92% and 96%, where the scores were in the "Very Eligible" category. The results of media expert validation, the score obtained was 87%, where the score was in the "Very Eligible” category, and the results of the language expert validation, the score obtained was 86%, where the score was in the "Very Eligible " category. As well as the results of the assessment of 20 users, namely getting a score of 95%, where the score is in the "Very Eligible category. Based on the results of the validation feasibility values and also user assessments, it can be concluded that the Digital Material Innovation Based on Learning Videos on Customs Competency Knowledge is suitable for use.
